Absolute Thieves!!! Only way to explain Dealership!Took my wife to look at the only Ranger they had in stock. She like it even thought it was a very basic package but she was happy. Drove it etc. Should have taken a pic of the Window Tag. Window tag states the before ($25,000) the no options added and the Final price with all options included. Final out the door Price $27,995. Salesman told us about a $4000 in rebates that would drop it. Financing Price before taxes before Tag/ Title and with the $4000 Rebate $38,650. Asked for a Manager to explain due to Finance unable to make up a realistic lie. Manager stated and I Quote "It is the only ranger in this entire area of Oklahoma so we are allowed to adjust the price to meet the needs of our Customers" My wife opened the doors to the rest of the Dealership before letting loose on what a POS he and His Dealership Truly are. THIEVESWENT TO OK CITY BOUGHT SAME RANGER SAME BASIC OPTION SAME COLOR EVERYTHING!!!! BEFORE PRICE $28,995 AND OUT THE DOOR WITH TAXES TITLE AND TAGS PRICE WITH THE REBATE AND MILITARY APPRECIATION AND HAVING BOUGHT MANY FORDS REBATES $21,550 NO $15,000 MARK UP!!!! GO TO OK CITY I PERSONALLY SAVED $22,000 OVER PONCA CITY PRICE!!!!

Went to buy a truck in October and everything went ok as far as dealing and getting financing done at the dealership. Long story short after a month, the bank still had not received any necessary paperwork to complete my loan. This also meant I was out of time to get my registration completed. After calling the dealership several times, I was always told "oh it should be there, give it a couple more days." I found out in the end that the dealership didnt have certain documents and had never sent in the paperwork to to our lender nor contacted me to say we need you to come fill this out. So this resulted in our paperwork going 30days out of the credit check window. Bowkers finally called to let us know we needed to resign new paperwork because it was over the allotted 30 days, we asked if it would hit our credit again and they told we were told no. Well we got an alert on our credit karma app saying that Bowkers had hit our credit again. Once again, called the dealership and they just told us that they couldn't do anything about it and that's just what had to be done but our score was still "excellent". A few weeks had passed and we still hadn't heard from our lender on new loan for a couple weeks. Bowkers then called us and said they were needing additional documents that they originally had but somehow misplaced. Our lender finally had everything and it was completed 7 weeks from original purchase date.

The 1 star only because the employees were friendly.I have taken my car in several times for the same problem. The same test supposedly being run each time with the same outcome - surprise!!! The issue has not been resolved. I rarely receive a receipt after each completed service. I assume this is intentional to prevent a paper trail of proof of the ongoing issue. When I ask for a receipt they will say they are back logged and will mail it. The receipt was mailed once lacking full details of the service. Other receipts were not received at all.Additionally, I have repeatedly asked for a very small issue to be attended to on three consecutive visits. The first two times the service rep verified the matter had been handled. It had not been. I asked a 3rd time emphsaizing it was the 3rd request and it again was not done.Each time I borrowed a loaner the first stop I made was the car wash next door. Every single loaner was FILTHY. I had to clean it inside and out every single time. Female rep stated they are too busy to clean between uses.I have several additional complaints with them. I have removed their number from my phone and will do my best to educate others to go elsewhere for their service.

Terrible service. Never go here. They make you pay almost 200 dollars to run a check in the system. Then they don't even tell you what is wrong with the system. When you try to ask them they give you a huge middle finger.
