Very nice and helpful staff.( Bill was very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot! )There is a large variety of carpet that is organized in a way that goes from least to most expensive. Its a clean and well organized store. They also have wood floors, and other flooring types if you want something other than carpet. They do have financing as well through Synchrony Bank. The guys that installed the carpet and padding in my home did a great job and worked quickly but not to the point where it was rushed. I am very happy with how it looks!Ill definitely end up coming in again for more flooring when the time comes.

Huge selection and unbeatable staff! If customer service is as important to you as it is for me, this is the only option.

We just completed a total remodel of a rental property and working with Jabara's people was so amazing. We did flooring and tile. From picking it out through the installation, communication was excellent. The selection to choose from is great. The installers they sent were soooo good, the best we have ever experienced. I got my carpet installed from jabaras. The guys they hired used my bathroom without asking. A bathroom that wasn't finished and peed all over the toilet. I asked for the manager to call me back above the one I was talking because he was nonchalant about everything. Still no call back. I think they should take money off for that especially when they wanted to argue when i confronted them about it.

I have purchased carpet from here four times now and have never came away with a bad experience. If you go into the north end of the store ask for Ryan Winder. He is very knowledgeable and has taken care of me the last couple times. Not afraid to get out on the floor and find you what you are looking for. You can shop around, but you are wasting your time. Good prices and unbeatable customer service.

I wish we had started with Jabara's. We needed carpet installed quickly, and our options were pretty limited at typical places you shop for carpet. We went to Jabara's, and they had a huge selection of nice, in-stock carpet. They couldn't schedule the installation as quickly as we needed, but put us in contact with an independent installer they use, and he had the carpet installed within 3 days! On top of the selection and convenience, we saved over $1,000 vs. the big box type options. Thank you!

Beware. We had purchased carpet from them and had no problems. However, this experience was much different. Purchased special order Armstrong sheet vinyl in a black and white checked pattern to fit our 50's kitchen remodel. Looked great, however, after several months started crackling when walked on. Contacted Jabari's who sent rep (Frank) to check it. We made it a point to have our contractor present for Franks inspection. Upon his evaluation he indicated that the vinyl was installed correctly and it was an adhesive issue. Before leaving he said he would notify Armstrongs area rep and someone would be contacting us. After making 2 calls to Frank and leaving messages I received no return call. Called the Galleria and talked with Jennifer who after several minutes informed me that the issue was incorrect installation. Found this funny since Frank had told me face to face that it had been installed correctly and had to be an adhesive issue. So, beware. As long as their are no issues you'll be fine. However, if you do have an issue forget it. It would have been nice to have received an apology referencing Armstrong's decision. I wonder how often their warranties are backed or is it always and "installation" issue. Needless to say I/we will never purchase from them again. Forgot to say this was a small floor 9x12.
