Itokos Grill

Service was a bit slow but the were only 2 servers. Egg rolls were super plain. The meal itself was fantastic! So much food! So much flavor! Create your own hibachi bowl was on point! Definitely has a small time restaurant vibe with open view of the kitchen and storage area.

We had the teriyaki bowl both steak and chicken we'd give it a 2.5 wasn't the best but still good. The Dr Pepper we got was flat both times.I got the crab ragoons as well those were amazing The service was good. Quick and nice.Ambiance was 10/10 looked clean loved the decore and the music *chefs kiss* music was fantastic.

I tried the healthy bowl and it was excellent, the service was fast and friendly. I liked the cleanliness of the store and will be back for more bowls.

Good fast food but too pricey. $30 plus for a bowl of pad thai, a bowl of instant ramen, and 2 small drinks is too expensive.

We were disappointed in the food, however, we took it home and tried it for leftovers and it was better.

I really want to like this place. The aesthetic is nice, the concept is cool, the food is fresh, but there is no flavor. We went here over the weekend and my husband tried to order the teriyaki bowl but they had no teriyaki. Then he tried to order the sesame sauce, and they were also out. So he settled for the hibachi bowl with butter garlic sauce, beef and veggies. There was zero seasoning, salt, soy. Nothing. He asked for soy sauce and was giving 3 packets and it still didn't help. I ordered chicken pad Thai and it was equally bland. When I say bland, I mean the whole dish tasted like nothing. If it weren't for the textures, I couldn't even distinguish the different vegetables. We ordered two diet cokes and they had about 3 cubes of ice and the rest was flat like-warm Diet Coke. I requested a glass of ice and received a half-cup of ice. My husband asked for some ice water and got a cup of water with maybe 4 cubes of ice. The waitress just didn't understand the assignment. Like I said before, I really want to love this place, but I doubt I'll be back. Also, it was visibly less busy than the first time we ate there, so I'm guessing most customers are beginning to feel the same as us. I should also add that for two people you should expect to pay almost $40.

Excellent food!! I would choose Itokos before most restaurants in Garden City. It is great food!! Try it!!
