Inwood Crossing Apartments

After viewing a model apartment, we, my bf, lease lady, and myself were walking back towards the club house when she just stopped and started talking to tenant for a good 5 mins. I thought this was highly unprofessional and quite rude, so we left and never came back. From what I heard prior to our viewing, this place has terrible management. After that viewing, I couldn't agree more.

I was a bit apprehensive about Inwood as the reviews prior to mine were not all that good, however, obviously within this last year that have made quite the turn around. Management was extremely professional and prompt when I made my viewing appointment. Things around the property look well kept and in place. Great overall experience!

management is horrible. They are never there and they used to have a guy at the office who was really nice and helpful and now he's gone. The assistant manager is never there and both her and the manager are very unprofessional. My friend is contacting corporate because they need to bring new management who can actually handle the property.

Worst apartments in the area gate does not work. Nothing gets fixed right. High theft area my car has been broken into and kids bikes stolen. Management does not care about people at all and the neighborhood has gone down alot! Do not move here you will be stuck in with a lease you can't break!

horrible management can't even keep up how many times they've gone through new staff there are constantly gangs of children all over in peoples yards tons of trash everywhere cars always speeding through the parking lot and blaring loud obnoxious music and good for nothing "security" guard this place used to be nice and they used to care about their tenants well not anymore and the second we can get out of here we will i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
