Was looking to sell some high end furniture and rugs. Sent pictures and followed up with detail information including cost. Communications was slow and unclear. Asking me questions to answers already provided. I decided to take a chance and bring my items to sell. So I collected everything from storage, cleaned the items and had a neighbor help me load a truck. When I arrived the manager told me I had to unload myself. Never in any email communication did anyone advise me I had to unload. The manager didnt even offer to help, even after she reviewed the emails and confirmed there was nothing about unloading. What a waste of my time! The owner needs to hire people that understand what good customer service is all about.

All I can say is be careful what you buy, check it out first, don't believe everything they say, remember they are trying to sell you the merchandise and might say or stretch the truth. It might bite you if you don't , remember no returns, that might give you a clue. I was bitten real good and I will not go back.

I need to place a last minute consignment. They are easy to work with and provide me with a mover that is reasonable priced. I live out of town, so having an account that is managed remotely was also convenient. I wish the were in my town as they have a great selection of furniture.
