First off, I have to admit my bias that I hate travel agents. I wasn't the captain of this trip though, so I had to go with the flow. We used Judy.I'm not sure why one trip generated so much paper, but we must've killed a tree by the time all 13 of us were booked. The communications from her were frequent enough to feel harassing, yet when I needed to talk to her, she wouldn't return my calls.I was most displeased that she told me I would have enough time to get my passport back after changing my name... we made it by 4 harrowing days, and she should've known that the name change process would've taken longer.In the end, I felt we probably could've done it cheaper on our own, and would've found something more our style instead of the resort we went to. And I would've got to keep the Airline miles for myself!

DO NOT use this travel agency. Judy makes a mistake and you pay for it. Have booked several cruises with her and referred friends--but NO more. She admits mistake but takes NO responsibility for it. Five of us went on a expensive cruise, she promises us transfers and when we got there we had no transfers. After corresponding with her while on the cruise, she admits mistake and apologizes but does not make it right. So what she puts in writing is NOT necessarily what you paid for. Particularly disappointed in her as she was a former teacher and teachers tend to make things right--but not her. Skip this one!
