Bought a used Jeep for my daughter and it has been nothing but a money pit since we brought it home. The "sky track" is broken, serious engine and radiator trouble all in less than 6 months- makes me think this was DEFINITELY something they knew about but made sure to cover up. Certainly will not be getting my business ever again!

We bought our Jeep Wrangler Sport 2012 for 20 grand you would think for this amount of money you would have a reliable vehicle! It's been in the shop more than on the road.Scott the salesman lied right off the start about the themostat...after 5 days check engine light came on then car started to drive to the right. All 4 ball joints were bad then we finally got it back from Kansasland Andover their chosen mechanics and it drove worse than it did when we had it so we left it for yet another day. Got it back the night of the Andover tornado still wasn't the best because it wasn't driving straight. It needed a stabilizer shock which we mentioned to the mechanics twice 2 different people! So we took it home and my husband replaced himself. We had to pay (reluctantly) 450$ more dollars out of our pocket to mechanics plus buying a stabilizer shock before 1st car payment. Now we take the front top off drive to car show in Mulvane get home and find out there is nothing holding the back of the JEEP TOP ON ...LUCKILY IT DIDN'T FLY OFF AND KILL ANYONE ON THE HIGHWAY.I HOPE NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS! PAT /SCOTT AT INTEGRITY AUTO GROUP ANDOVER DISHONEST.

My wife and her brother looked at a 2010 Honda minivan, but it had 207,000 miles on it. Average miles per year is 15,000 times 9 years is 135,000 miles. Not 207,000 miles. that car has 72,000 more miles on it than the average car that old. By now, everything that will ever need to be replaced on that car, needs to be replaced already. Seems to me. But I suppose that is why the price is only $7,000, instead of a lot more than that.Anyway.The main point is, the salesman, Mr. Ball, did what he could, let us examine the car for a few minutes, even though it was about time for him to "clock out" and go home. He offered us each a can of soda. We used the restrooms.Everything was okay.

Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from these guys. My experience was ok dealt with a guy called " big Jim". It was a cold day and the Fusion would not start because of the battery. Big Jim said he would put a new one in but he never did. They jumped the battery and the car and battery was fine after but if you say your going to put a new battery in and don't then that just makes me not trust you at all. The finance director seemed to get a little upset because I wouldn't buy any GAP. They also wouldn't negotiate on price so don't even try with these guys. Over all I got a decent vehicle but the service could have been way better. Don't be afraid to ask for a full tank of gas because that's how it should be.

Called today ahead of time from going in, asked them about wiggle room on this 15 year old truck I was interested in. They stated that they always wiggle with older/traded in trucks and that it wouldn't be an issue. We then went down to check the truck out, to find a few cosmetic issues. The fella I talked to, (Big Jim) (Real name Steve I believe) had the truck posted for 10k out the door. Keep in mind this is a 15 year old truck, with 160,000 miles, and cosmetic issues. We were going over prices. And he said he wouldn't be able to budge, I then stated that i would do 7500 (which is higher than what it's worth on KBB) and he got super unprofessional and started to act like a baby as he grabbed all of the papers in a bunch, told us to get out and to not waste his time. We will never go back, that place is a scam, and they are very unprofessional.

These guys are great. Very professional, straightforward and honest. We bought a nissan from Steve and were very happy with the deal and overall service. We are looking to buy a second car from these guys. I don't know what happened with that other reviewer but they sound kinda unreasonable.

wish less than 1 star was an option~purchased a vehicle on 6/19/18. next morning noticed smoke coming out the exhaust. called the dealership and spoke to them about it. kept telling us "warranty would cover it" without even asking the issue!! took to local Mechanic for check up and was informed there was sludge in the engine and that it looked like the oil hadn't been changed in the 30K miles the car had on it!!! after MULTIPLE calls to dealership, warranty people, Mechanic and bank....we are now looking at 6-8 weeks before we can get an engine to replace it! i've driven this car for a total of 12 days!!! dealership will NOT return our calls....the manager is either not available or not in the office. (wish i had those hours).all kinds of talk of law suits and what not....GO FOR IT!!! will NEVER buy from this dealership again and have told EVERYONE that will listen to stay away!i should have shopped local....that part is on me!INTEGRITY auto group does NOT live up to their nameunsatisfied customersDamon & Debbie Sterrett
