By far the most positive experience dealing with a graphic design firm. The staff is so incredibly creative and knowledgable in the industry that they made the process of setting up our website, creating marketing materials and guiding us through social media painless...and the results far exceeded our expectations. Another key factor that led to such high levels of satisfaction is that, although I am not personally technologically savvy, the staff never made me feel that way. Strategies and processes were explained in terms that I could easily understand yet I never felt talked down too. If I could add a sixth star I would!
