I have gone to innovative bodywork &massage since they opened and I have always been completely satisfied with the service I have always received.

My go to massage spa! I have an appointment every month. They only do massage and I love it! Quiet, relaxing, clean, smells lovely and excellent massages! You have to experience this.

Had a great experience here. The prices were reasonable. Was clean, professional and nice. My therapist Stephannie listened to my needs and really did an excellent and thorough job. I was very pleased.

I've been here several times over the years and my massages have been great, but the "gentleman" running the place is the most unprofessional, disrespectful business person I've yet to encounter. There was a misunderstanding about the services booked and instead of politely discussing, I was insulted and told that "I'm sorry you don't want to pay for it" even though I was standing there with credit card in hand waiting to do just that. I informed him that I wouldn't be back and the response I got was "I'm glad." I've never felt so disrespected and unappreciated as a customer, and I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Loved every part of the experience. Very reasonable prices, and top notch massage. Clean and relaxing. Go see Peggy, she's the best! I will be back!!

I had gone here for a few massages previously and it was good. This time, however, my massage therapist seemed as if she was trying to dig into me. I typically enjoy firm massages, but this was deeper than deep tissue massages I have had. I was also quoted 45 dollars on the phone and then he charged me 65! I told him he had told me 45, and he told me he was looking at the wrong person earlier and it would indeed be 65. That is poor customer service if you ask me. I will not be returning.

Creepy! creepy! creepy! Owner guy was weird! There are a number of other massage places that are better.

My wife and I have been going here for 10 yrs. We have two Therapists that we prefer. One recently quit and the other is now often booked days in advance. We have both tried scheduling appointments lately and haven't been able to make it work for several days. I talked to Joseph today who answers the phone and works the front desk. I believe he is also a co-owner. I commented that I may have to try looking elsewhere as we aren't having any luck scheduling a time that works. I also tried taking some responsibility as we do have busy schedules. Before I could finish, Joseph decides to tell me off and hang up on me. Keep in mind, we've been going here for quite a long time. We don't miss appointments and we always tip (regardless if the massage is good or not). Basically, we're not problem clients. Really unprofessional behavior. It's almost unbelievable that this came from a co-owner. Childish behavior. Obviously we won't be back.
