Innes Station Apartments

I absolutely love living in Innes Station I've lived here for a year and a half and I don't plan on moving out anytime soon. The apartments are huge like 900sq ft- 1600sq ft with 12ft height ceilings and higher in the Lofts. The front desk ladies are so nice and are very helpful. Especially Pam if it wasn't for her being so accommodating I don't think getting into this apartment could have be an option finically. I'm So thankful that I have amazing neighbors it's really a nice and big community in Innes Station. Reminds me that even in a small city like Wichita there's people that you don't even know looking out for you and will always have your back. P.S this building is super pet friendly I have two cats that I walk around the building daily with no issue at all. I guess all I can say is... if you love your animals or all animals in general, you'll be a great fit.

I absolutely LOVE Innes Station. This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Not only are the apartments huge and absolutely beautiful, but the Managment and maintenance are amazing!! I have had very few issues with anything in my apartment, but when I have they are taken care of immediately. For example, my hot water tank went out, I made a maintenance request and they were there immediately and had a new hot water tank installed within 2 hours. Not to mention the maintenance staff is made up of some of the nicest people. The office staff is amazing as well. Both Bailey and Pam are not only so sweet, but also responsive and answer any questions you have. It is a relatively quiet community, I've never had any issues with loud neighbors, but keep in mind it is downtown so a little noise outside is expected. Moral of the story, Innes Station is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in and I won't be leaving any time soon!

Would give less if possible. We wrote so optimistic about this place with a great location and it's been everything but that. First month living here we had a notice on our door complaining about dog barking when they were soo pressing about the dogs being no problem moving in, it's what dogs do, they bark, especially with frequent traffic. Second month another notice accusing us of not picking up after our dogs when we definitely were. The feces did not match our size of animal. People kept making complaints that were not correct about us. They have a posey and if they don't want you there they will boot you out. This doesn't even mention the no washer and dryer unit and the one available doesn't even work sometimes, the drains do are clogged abs do not drain, garbage disposal backs up, the upstairs sink backs up filling with black liquid and the tub doesn't stop up to hold water. Terrible place to live. Would not recommend even in a tight bind. Save your money.
