Just a quick follow-up to my other review. Things have escalated I filed a report with the BBB that became a war of word's between Infusion and myself, but at least proof was presented by me showing errors by them to the BBB. They continue to say their billing is correct while my insurance company and I don't know what we're doing, and continue to threaten collection which is fine with me. I told them as suggested by my insurance company to contact the company one final time they apparently are so sure of themselves that's not going to happen so I'll patiently wait for my chance to prove it in court. It amazes me how a company can be so arrogant and greedy and remain in business. I do know they will never have my or anyone I know do business with them again. Remember this all could have been fixed with a simple phone call by the original bookkeeper in 2018 but as I was told then and since our records are correct and insurance has approved the claims, it's even in writing to the BBB. Really if they had been approved you would be paid and this wouldn't be an issue.

Infusion rented to me a Kangaroo ePump enteral feeding pump. They charged $100 per day! That's $36,000 per year. I later found I could buy one new, in the box, for between $750 and $1100. I bought a used one on eBay for $126. It works fine.Companies like this are part of the reason our healthcare costs are so outrages.
