First. My food was good. The portions were fair and it was one of the more spicy General's I've had. That said, wife had a hair in her hibachi chicken and shrimp. Bathroom was a mess and the cook had questionable cooking practices which is unfortunate because it's in front of everyone!

We found this place when we drove down from Kansas City Airport to Wichita. It was dinner time and we didn't want to end up starving by the time we got to Wichita. It was good to find the place. We had Jin as a server and she was so energetic and friendly. She looked happy. Good! We need more happy people. We ordered Baked Green Mussels. This was absolutely delicious! We had Filet Mignon and Lobster for Hubby. I had Chicken and Filet Mignon. Overall the chicken was good, but the steak was a little tough. The sauce was good, except I forgot to ask for sauce on the side. I usually prefer food on the dry side. We received salad and clear soup with our entrees. We were the last people to leave the restaurant. I believe they close at 9 PM. Overall experience was very good. Excellent service!

Sushi in Kansas. Yes, I tempted fate and survived. After hearing rave reviews from a couple coworker, I decided to check it out and order some takeout. Now, when you order online it says it will take 30-40 mins to prepare your order. So I waited about 30 minutes ran an errand and stopped by to wait yet another 20-30 minutes in the resultant for my order. Now the staff was friendly but waiting over an hour for two rolls was not what I had expected my evening to consist of. Finally getting home the sushi itself was alright, as one of the few sushi places in Emporia I may try it again but honestly was unimpressed. The staff was helpful and did include the extra sauces I asked for which I really appreciated.

Worst sushi I have ever had. Tempura shrimp was not fresh, the sashimi salad was supposed to be on spring mix but was on iceberg. The rice around my roll was not fresh and there was a very weird taste to the spicy tuna. Avoid sushi - try the hibachi!

Food was very underwhelming, steak was overcooked, and quite literally left a bad taste in my mouth. The server didn't bring the drinks we asked for. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Walked in, was seated by one of the waiters, sat down with my husband just tonight a little after 7: 00pm 11/30/2022 we agreed to get our usual, I figured he would order while I was away. I went to the restroom wash my hands came back out he sat for another 5 minutes while the two waiters behind us chit-chatted and goofed off. We waited another 5 minutes and decided that we would leave there is plenty of people also needing attention that weren't getting it besides us I'm not going to sit at a place and be completely ignored.We were sitting right in front of them the closest table to where the two layers are. Management needs to fix this issue.we walked out. They didn't say anything. Owners appeared to not be there tonight. The owners were there the last time we went. we see the difference..

Came in for the first time. Chef was out so limited menu. Got Hibachi and it was ok. Got Spring Rolls that weren't cooked all the way. But staff was very friendly and admittedly this wasn't their best day. So I'll try them again.

This was an amazing experience. Our server/ the manager Mason was amazing. He constantly checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. All staff was engaged and willing to pitch in. The setting of the restaurant was also wonderful. It was a soothing and relaxing environment perfect to enjoy the food. The meals themselves came out very quickly for our party of five, some sides were made right there on the spot to accommodate for them being low on the food and wanting to provide us with a fresh option rather than an alternative or nothing at all. This was a fantastic experience and I would recommend to anyone. Definitely ask for Mason as he made for an amazing dining experience for our party.
