My name is Charles Sader. Recently I found myself caught in an unwanted pop up survey covering several different businesses. One of the surveys was for Hutchinson Small Animal Hospital. I responded five stars to a few questions, then tried to exit out. It seems that in exiting out I accidentally selected one star to one of the questions. I want to make clear that I have been a customer of Hutchinson Small Animal Hospital for many years and have always received five star service.
