Dr. Jeff Thode refused to service me when I am in life threatening condition because he "disagrees" with what I know for a fact is wrong with me and wanted to run a bunch of unnecessary tests for other possible conditions. He wouldn't even allow me to get the scans or tests I wanted done, he told me "this isn't Walmart" and I have infection spreading through my body still now because he values his money and pride more than his patients.

Love having everything all in one place. Super convenient to get our whole family's complete head-to-toe healthcare here (primary care doctors, a team of specialists, lab, radiology, physical therapy, pharmacy and more all in one location). Excellent care and friendly staff! Two "healthy" thumbs up.

My son was bitten in the face by a dog and after the initial emergency room visit we were sent to the Hutchinson clinic by our doctor to have a surgeon fix up his face a little better. They told us we would be covered by our insurance and went through with the procedure. The doctor did ok but after several weeks we got two bills totaling $4807. These places seem to charge what they want and as a family of 6 a bill like this is devastating. It should be illegal to surprise someone with a bill like this. A little clarification on how much I'm going to get screwed would be nice. My son's face doesn't hardly look any better than it did before and we would've opted out if we knew better. Just another medical facility charging people like everyone is rich. I hope a fucking tornado wipes the whole place out and leaves everyone jobless

I had spinal decompression ordered by my Dr. I went to Hutch clinic PT department and they basically refused to do it. They only wanted to do exercises with me, because their spinal decompression was "old and outdated". They didn't tell me that up front. Also I get tired of having to use the box to update my personal info every time I go, even if it was the day before that I was there.

The lack of empathy, not only to their patients, but to the employees as well. My father had just received an amputation, and the presiding surgeon was the most pompous, arrogant jerk I have ever met. I then began researching other reviews on the clinic and found that my experience mimics many other patrons' opion, even in totally different areas of practice. Here is the kicker. You can find multiple of the Doctors spending their time enjoying the golf course and their heavy consumption of alcohol out at the Country Club. They wonder why they are losing business to the "free clinic" Prairie Star. Well, it's their lack of compassion for their jobs and the "common greed" virus that runs rampant through those walls.

I saw Dr.Kain at one point because my pain management wanted me too. He did a little exam and X-rays then came back and said nothing was wrong with me and I needed behavioral modification therapy and drugs. Then asked where the bruise on my arm came from I told him I had blood work the day before and she just bruised the hell out of me. He then turned around and told my pain doctor I was shooting up my ocycodone. I lost my pain management because of this. I was granted ssdi because of the condition of my spine. This dr.Kain is a fraud and a worthless a** doctor that shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine!
