Great customer service. Was able to walk in and get help right away. A new kind of machine took measurements for my contacts. They ordered them and when I picked them up, they fit and work perfectly.

Don't waste your insurance or money. Run from this Howards Optical. Go down to the mall and get better glasses, better service for less money. The 1 year Protection Plan is meaningless. I wanted straight line bifocals. She gave me single vision glasses I could not see out of. While the employee was cleaning my (new lens) she broke the arm of the frame. She said the new glasses were "shop worn" as it is protocol for Howards Optical to use the frames that had been on the shelves for public use. I returned the glasses as I could not see. She said she knew what she did wrong and would correct it. I wanted bifocals, she said she would do a better job. My corrected 2nd pair was supposedly for computer distance did not to work for computer or distance. The belligerent owner injected himself to bully the customer and eventually put the discarded lens from the 1st pair into more shop-worn lens and now I have two pairs of glasses I cannot see out of. He expects me to switch glasses back and forth from close up to distance continually and he claimed he could not follow the script and he could not make straight line bifocals. The bully owner claimed his lab was in Wichita and he could not make straight line bifocals, but he did try a bait and switch to a graduated lens for another $700.00. Of course, according to him, those glasses were not usable away from your desk. I have gone to two of Howard's Optical competitors and had both the glasses and script examined. They both concluded the glasses do not match the script. Howards Optical does not know what they are doing. They did not follow the script. Value your eyesight, value your money, value yourself and find a real glass retailer.
