Our sales experience was positive, but once the deal is done, the unreliability is on full display. They had the wrong installation date, then when they did come out at the agreed time they left a nasty and quite noticeable seam going the full length of my large living room (and in the center of the room. No chance to cover with furniture). The edges of the carpet has not been tacked down properly and fray up. We have been in touch with them for weeks to have this repaired and they keep saying, "we'll have someone call you to set up a time." NO ONE CALLS! Go elsewhere. Fancy store does not mean quality service. Run.

Horrible costumer service. From the time we ordered to the install it took over 3 months. We had to constantly call them for updates and were told to speak to the warehouse. Were promised several dates of delivery that were not met. During first install the installers damaged our trim. It took telling them if they didn't get the carpet in I was going somewhere else, to get the final piece of carpet. Since it took so long to get the carpet the original promotional deal expired. When I inquiried about the original promotion I was met with extreme attitude and rudeness. At one point I was asked to leave the store when I asked to speak with the manager or supervisor. I later found out the salemen I was working with was the owner. His demeanor during the whole process was poor. He told me I was difficult to work with. At the end of the day I am the costumer it should not matter if I am difficult when your company is the in the wrong, You should be bending over backwards to satisfy me.

I love Hortons Jesse is honest . They have in-house installers and that is huge. My job wasn't that big but Jesse made me feel like I was the most important customer. I got a fair deal and that's all you can ask for. Fair, kind and and very helpful.

We had carpet installed and four days later had a flood due to faulty installation. We had to have the carpet ripped up and pad removed. This was in July. We reordered from Hortons and Jesse has been difficult to work with. It is now late November and they're telling us it will be another four weeks. I have been more than patient. Shop local but please try Jabara's carpet. Stay away from Hortons!

After I wrote an initial unhappy review on yelp, I was contacted within a few weeks by Jesse. After paying an extra amount, there is now a new floor installed. It has been about a month, and it seems to be holding up much better. I appreciate Hortons for finally resolving this issue.I wish this would have been taken care of in a more timely manner, but I am glad this is now taken care of.
