I ordered 18 roses on Valentine's Day. They were delivered. Great. But there were only 12. I called and said that I paid and extra $25 for 18 roses because the dozen just didn't look very full. They argued that on Valentine's Day they would've charged more than I paid for and I said I'm looking at all of it on your website right now, and then she cut me off, and said, "So what, do you just want us to send you 6 more roses?" Mind you, this was 4 days after Valentine's Day. I said that would be POINTLESS. I want a refund at LEAST of the difference. Didn't even give me that. Gave me $20 back. Customer service at this place is a joke.

They were amazing. I went to every floral shop in bartlesville and they are the best. Their front room is modest but they do fantastic work. They were kind and helpful. They even delivered when no one else would. They were the least expensive but they didn't cut customer service or flower quality/quantity. I didn't experience anything negative. I love them and I will always use them when I'm in town. Keep up the hard work ladies!

Honey's Flowers did the flowers for my son's wedding, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We sat up the order well in advance, but we made a few changes along the way. Each change was accepted with a gracious smile. On the day of the wedding, I realized about two hours before the ceremony that we hadn't ordered enough corsages. We were two short. When I called to ask for two more, they again graciously complied, and they were beautiful. When the bouquets arrived, they were so beautiful that they brought tears to the eyes of the mother of the bride and the bride, and when the swags for the gazebo showed up (The wedding was outdoors at Timber Oaks.) there were some tears shed by me as well. They were twice the size I'd expected! Everything was SO beautiful! In fact, it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and the price was VERY reasonable for everything we received. During this wedding, we were horribly disappointed with the service from several small businesses in Bartlesville, but Honey's Flowers went above and beyond every step of the way! They take care of their customers!!!

I'm pretty dissatisfied with the flowers I ordered for my best friend's birthday. I ordered a Teleflora arrangement called Painted in Love Bouquet. The description is: Crème spray roses, pink alstroemeria, red carnations, and hot pink miniature carnations are arranged with dusty miller and oregonia. Delivered in a Playfully Pink vase. The flowers look to be similar but the vase is completely different. The arrangement itself looks nothing like the Teleflora picture on your site. I ordered online but called because I had double ordered so I could let them know I didn't need two of the same one. If they didn't have the vase or it wasn't going to look anything like the Teleflora one, she should have mentioned that on the phone!

So very upset! I am a flower lover & was so excited to pickup my $70 valentine bouquet. Everything I watched go out the door that day was beautiful, pinks & whites so pretty and I could not wait to get mine!! At pickup my smile instantly left my face and it took everything to not cry. My bouquet consisted of 4 red roses 2 pink ones and a bunch of greenery in a dark red vase, I feel like I was given an expensive vase and some flowers they had left. In no way do I feel like I was given an good selection of flowers and it definitely did NOT look like it should have cost $50 led alone $70!!!! Even on the website there is no option or example of what I received, the $70 bouquets are all a dozen roses and I got half. I am able to keep homeland flowers alive almost 3 weeks but these are all dead 9 days later. Very very disappointed & definitely won't be back! Recommend everyone go ANYWHERE ELSE!

I am questioning using this florist in the future. I have used them in the past and was very satisfied. However, I recently ordered flowers for a memorial service. Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed. I paid for premium flowers from their sympathy collection. What was delivered was a leftover valentine bouquet that didn't even closely resemble my order. The flower colors and type were wrong. I called the florist to voice my concern. I was told that what I ordered was arranged and delivered correctly. I explained that the colors were wrong. They said that they would investigate. I never heard back. My sister had the same problem and got nothing but excuses.

I've used Honey's flowers for years for business and for personal. She has an eye for what looks good and goes well together. Countless floral arrangements have been sent on my behalf thru Honey's and I receive so many comments from the recipients. Betsey and her staff has pulled me out of last minute prom corsage crisis, baby shower crisis, and day of funeral deliveries. Establish a relationship with this business. You will not be disappointed.

Terrible service. I placed my order on line to be delivered on April 1st. Didn't get a confirmation of delivery or a phone call to let me know that my order wouldn't be delivered April 1st. I had to call to find out what happen to my order....it took them a few hours to call me back and then told me that they had some problems April 1st and that's why my order didn't get delivered. It would have been nice to be notified that day verses me having to call to check on it. It is now 2:45 on April 2nd and they are calling me and telling me they should be delivered today! Really? Why weren't they delivered this morning? Never using this company again.
