Longtime customer. Poor alignment caused a set of tires to wear out at 20k miles and they refused to make it right. won't be back.

I purchased a Grasshopper mower from them in October of 2017.The owners manual was not in the plastic bag they gave me. I have been promised numerous times that they had been sent to me. Today I called the Grasshopper office and ordered the manuals. These people do not keep their word. I would not do business with them again.

I've been going to Hometown for my car and truck tires and vehicle maintenance for over 15 years now. They have always done very good work and prices are very reasonable. I just bought a Hustler mower from them today. All the manuals were in a new three ring binder. they walked me thru the operation and were very helpful
