My son really wanted to give HG 10 stars but I told him we could only give 5 Patricia was amazing and helped me step out and try something new! I highly recommend the chili (it's got a good little kick!) I LOVE the Ruben and my son says the hot chocolate is THE BEST!Keep it up, HoweGrown!

This spot is an absolute must-visit for food lovers! OMG, the service is just fabulous, and the food? Absolutely to die for! You guys, their coffee is absolutely incredible! OMG, you guys! I am absolutely obsessed with their freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade! Thru Benedict is seriously one of the best spots ever, and I am absolutely obsessed with their seasonal pancakes! You guys have to check out this amazing spot right here and in Overland Park! Trust me, you won't regret it!

This is my first stop in Wichita. I had heard that they had good food for breakfast. As always, I ended up with lunch instead of breakfast. The day was cold and gloomy and a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup sounded heavenly. My friend did get the eggs Benedict and we shared. I will say that my grilled cheese was delicious. It was cheesy and gooey just like you want grilled cheese to be. Tomato soup was creamy and they serve you a good amount in a nice bowl where you can dip your grilled cheese in to. The eggs Benedict were good but the eggs too firm for being poached. The potatoes were OK.We also ordered the blueberry pop tart. I could have probably skipped it. Not my favorite homemade pop tart. I had whiskey maple latte. We were on vacation, so alcohol in the morning doesn't count. It was a little too sweet for me, but it helped that I was eating something savory. Service was good. Parking is available on site, but shared with the other businesses.

I go here pretty regularly as well as the downtown location. The meal this time was missing several menu listed items, but the manager went above and beyond to fix it and even sent home a free take home of my other favorite menu item which I did not request nor did I expect anything for the inconvenience. I love the honey bee, the jolly green, the west coast scramble, the florentine Benedict, and I usually add a side of some kind of meat. For my side I always get the roasted veggies which are superb. The drinks and food is fairly consistent and it's part of why it's a go to spot for me and my guests. I will continue to be a regular due to the exceptional service and they quality ingredients.

We took my dad here who is from out of town and he was amazed! We told him how consistent the food and service is at homegrown! He got the avocado toast with over easy eggs, the honey bee latte, I got the iron man scramble, and my husband got the pigs sandwich. No matter what the food is great! Only thing that would make it better is a better management of the noise - putting a noise reflector above the tables so it's easier to talk to your table. The front is always super busy and nowhere to wait. All in all it's one of the best in town!
