Came in to Wichita during the massive snowstorm for a work related trip. The rooms are large and confortable, hotel is away from traffic and other noises that disturb a good nights sleep. My only issue was the lack of snow removal during my stay I was there for 4 days and at the end of that 4 days, no plowing of the parking lot was done. The only road into the hotel was never plowed causing multiple vehicles to get stuck in the snow. For those reasons I give this hotel the 3 stars.

If I could sum it up, this hotel has a lot of promise. It still has that new hotel smell, and it was a good night of sleep. That being said, it fell short of earning 5 stars. The pros: ** Large rooms: Though there are other Hilton properties nearby, this one has the largest rooms by far. It was a sold-out hotel, and we grabbed the last room. It ended up being a handicap room on the fourth floor, and it was MASSIVE. This wasn't our intention at all though. It wasn't a zero-entry shower though for those who do need a handicap room. ** Automatic blackout curtains: Ladies and gentlemen, there are blackout curtains. BLACKOUT CURTAINS! It was so nice to be able to block everything out though it was too effective for my family. The automatic function was simply a chef's kiss. ** Easy location: It's close to the highway and everything by Greenwich and 21st, and we had no issues getting in or getting out.** Great breakfast: As far as breakfast goes, my family have no complaints. Hampton Inn's was a bit better when we stayed there a few months ago, but this was a closer second. It has a lot of options, which is always nice.** Huge exercise room: If you like to workout at hotels, this has a pretty nice setup. Next, the mehs:** Very small pool: If you were looking for a large pool, keep looking. It's going the way new hotels are built in that the indoor pool is very, very small. I'm fairly certain that the exercise room was larger than the pool itself. ** Pets are welcome: This could be a plus or minus depending on who you are. That being said, it didn't smell like pets. Now, did we also have a large dog lunge and growl at us as we walked to the elevator? Yes, yes we did. The cons:** Poor housekeeping: This is where I struggled the most. When we checked in, our room wasn't ready until 6-7 PM. That's disappointing, but the room wasn't really clean. There was hair on the towels, and the top of the in-shower soap dispensers were disgusting. The worst is that on our first night, I pulled back the covers and the bottom sheet was wrinkly like someone just slept in it. Do I think that it was actually changed? No, no I don't. It was late at night, and what could we do? If it took 4 hours after our scheduled check-in to get the room clean, it would be too late to get the sheets cleaned. There were a lot of cleanliness issues that make me question returning.** Maintenance needs to step up: This hotel is so new that it squeaks, but it's already showing signs of aging. At this pace, it's going to look like a run-down hotel by 2024. For example, there were greasy stains on the wallpaper and holes around the frame in the bathroom. This is the sort of thing that will keep mounting and age a hotel FAST. ** Poor planning: This hotel didn't have a lot of thought that went into it. Considering the number of rooms that they have, the breakfast area is insufficient. If you go during a peak hour, prepare to take it back to your room to eat it there. There were so few places to eat, and with only two waffle makers, it required a lot of waiting. And because it was shoved into a corner by the buffet area, it actually made for pure chaos when everyone is trying to get food. If you're trying to checkout, you're going to have to walk through the hoards at breakfast which - again - isn't a good experience. The parking lot is another example. It's not a huge parking lot, and it really isn't enough space for the number of rooms it offers. It can be a tight fit, and you hope that no one next to you is a bad driver. ** Poor front staff: Look, I get that no one wants to work on a holiday. I completely agree. That being said, the front staff were inconsistent (sometimes there were cookies, sometimes there weren't) and they really weren't very pleasant. Since there are breakfast managers, the front desk staff is basically sitting there doing nothing. I'm not going to tell someone to smile or be peppy, but it's really off-putting when the front desk staff basically sit there and scowl the entire time. After breakfast, they pull a curtain over the permanent breakfast items (like waffle makers, cereal, fridge, etc.). The staff then spend the rest of their time sitting at a table in front of the curtain. It's so unprofessional, and if guests are peaking behind the curtain or trying to steal food, then the curtain isn't working. The result is that when guests come back into the lobby and see the front staff basically sitting at a table, it's not a good impression. Lastly, the I-Don't-Know-Went-Wrong issue: We booked 2 rooms for a price, and it automatically used our Hilton Points (though we didn't want them to be used). When we checked out, the price was actually $40 more than we had initially booked (excluding fees and taxes). We're not sure what happened considering we booked it at least a month in advance through the app. I don't know if this was an issue with this hotel, the Hilton app or what.

Nice and clean! This hotel must have just opened within the last year. Just stayed for one night (Friday to Saturday). Breakfast choices included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, Belgium waffles, bagels/toast, oatmeal, cereal, and fruit. There is a bar with beer, wine, and hard liquor. Strong wifi. Really hot water with adjustable shower head. Good size rooms with curtain to split room. And a good sized TV.

This is a great hotel by Hilton. Everything you need for a long stay. Only thing you don't have is a stove and oven but I think the front desk can give you a hot plate. We are staying for a whole month and the service is great. Washing machine and dryer on location. About a full size fridge. Honestly we got groceries and snacks and the room is perfect. We are both working virtually and the internet meets our needs for meetings and day to day work. Great location close to the highway for easy access. Wonderful breakfast options. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

This location is perfectly situated right off the highway as well as a quick five minute drive to many stores and areas to eat. It is a relatively new building. The rooms are clean and the furniture is in great condition. The breakfast has many choices from waffles to eggs, potatoes, Chip beef over biscuits, etc. there is a small indoor pool, and there is a Laundry Service on the first floor two washer & dryers priced at $1.50 each. There is a Walgreens about a mile and a half down the road to get your laundry detergent. The only problem is the air-conditioning is a little loud and clicks on and off a lot. The staff were very polite and accommodating.

The Staff here is poorly trained, inefficient and rude. We were kept waiting exceptionally long to check in and then sent to a room that had not been cleaned or made up. Another family was experiencing the same problem. There were two ball teams staying there and we had requested a quieter area when we made the reservation. Instead, we were placed on their same corridor! The staff acted as though we were being unreasonable and said they couldn't (or wouldn't) do anything about it. It's a nice hotel but the staff ruined it. We won't return.

For a new hotel, the apparent lack of soundproofing between the rooms is very disappointing. If you can't get a decent night's sleep, nothing is else matters.

Freakin awesome. Clean as heck and worth it. Actually came over due to the La Quinta down the street being very filthy with hair everywhere. Love this hotel. Will bookmark for the future .
