I just called them to order some plywood, drywall, and insulation. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I was willing to spend $500 on materials today at my local lumber store. Unfortunately her customer etiquette was so bad I just told her nevermind and to cancel the order. I'll be making a trip to Lowe's today instead. It's sad. If this company wants to survive then they better hire people who at least treat their customers in a friendly and professional manner. Sadly, this store is not an asset to Winfield Main Street.
