This hotel is one of my very favorite hotels that I stay in anytime I'm in town for business. Love this hotel for many reasons. It's cute little place located In a quite part of the street inside is very calm and peaceful The beds are the most comfortable bed ever. The owner is the most kind and pleasant person that you've ever met. Very kind and would make sure to make you feel at home. One of the best quality of this hotel is it's location. it's in a walking distance to all the restaurants and fast food places. By the way the best Chinese restaurant it's like 2 doors down the street. And the most important thing it's the most affordable hotel in the area. You do get a lot for your money. I definitely recommend this place I would give it 10 stars if I could

If I could give this ZERO stars I certainly would. - My wife and I booked this hotel for two nights on Parent Weekend for the college. - The price was $60 per night and the only reason we booked was because the Casino hotel only had one room available. - We have called back three times in the course of a month to get a confirmation on the rooms only to have them tell us that they will email us the number. - We checked up one more time the NIGHT BEFORE we were to stay and the non-english speaking clerk / owner was very sarcastic, demanded that they never offer any rooms for less than $90 per night and that they don't have any reservations for us. - Furthermore, they don't email confirmation numbers. - STAY AWAY!!! - The certainly had no issues taking our CC number to reserve the room in the beginning. (I wonder how that's gonna play out.)

If I could give this place less than one star I would. To begin, my older son made the reservation using his credit card. When we checked in, the hotel manager began repeatedly telling me my son had to come by to sign the paperwork. He must have said it at least 5 times. He even asked me to call him and then while I'm waiting for him to answer, he instructs me to leave a message. Annoying but whatever. The hotel is old and outdated. We are on the 2nd floor and there's no elevator. The key is an actual key on a diamond shaped key chain. We enter the room. Old, old, old. The light fixture by the beds don't work. There's an exposed lightbulb in the ceiling (only one of the 2 bulbs are there). There is a fridge and TV but you can't turn on the TV or control the volume with the remote. You have to check out an iron and ironing board from the front desk. We were given a mini ironing board and told he would phone us when the iron came available. An hour later and we are still waiting for the call. We pick up the phone to call the front desk and discover the phone isn't working! We go get the iron which is a piece of crap. Next day we leave early to attend events in town. When we return there's a note on the door indicating we need to complete the reservation for the second night. Mind you, he already has out credit card number from when we checked in last night. We plan on dealing with this when we return from an errand. As we leave, my younger son (12yo) tells me the guy told him we needed to complete the registration. Now I'm ticked off because you don't need to be sending messages to me through my child. We saw the note. While on my errand, my older son texts us that the hotel called him to say we needed to complete the registration. Now this is borderline harassment. When I return from the errand we go to the front desk to complete the stupid registration. The hotel guy tells me they've put a lock on the hotel room. WTF?!?! You have our credit card number, our possessions are in the room, why put a lock on the door!? You've harassed us unceasingly since we got here by bothering us, both our sons, (one of whom is a minor), leaving notes on the door and now a lock! In all my years we've never been treated this way. And it's a crappy hotel to boot. Not only will we never stay here again, we warn you to stay away.
