Hoffman Home Inspection

Hoffman Home Inspection, LLCI do not recommend this company for any customers, and I do not recommend it for any subcontractors, especially if they Mexicans or speak Spanish!I worked for them on a couple of jobs and in the end they didn't pay me on last job/project, they always looking for some stupid excuses as the reason for not paying, they not pay also many other Spanish speaking subcontractors in the same way...Shame on you!

Best home inspection I have had with the four homes I have purchased. Very thorough and detailed. Dale caught issues that the builder of my new construction home did not. These issues can now be timely addressed. Experience and expertise make all the difference. I advise adding any additional tests that Hoffman recommends for your particular home purchase. The water quality testing revealed that my water exceeds EPA limits for hardness. The home needs a water softener installed. Based on my experience and the excellent follow up to answer my questions and give advice, I trust Hoffman and would highly recommended to my family and closest friends. Professional, experienced expert who is trustworthy and responsive!!!

Amazing experience! I was purchasing an older home that required, not just a home inspection, but radon, sprinklers, roof, and pool. Hoffman was the only inspector who said they could inspect these all at the same time. I also had to have inspections done with little notice and Hoffman got me scheduled for a time that worked with my schedule within a few days. The team that inspected was thorough and knowledgeable. It really helped that one of the inspectors was a licensed electrician and they had a drone that could examine the steeply pitched 2nd floor roof. They took time to explain their findings to me and my Realtor and even followed up after the inspections. I highly recommend them.

They were super awesome. Thorough. They went through everything with us step by step afterwards and made sure we understood. Their attitudes were all so great. All of them were so kind and I really enjoyed them! They made everything super easy and user friendly. Online access to the information you need and super easy ways to find local people who help with the things they find in the inspection.

They immediately fit me in the schedule for radon testing, came back 2 days later, and decided he wanted to extend the testing. I really appreciated the time they took to check my levels. Very respectful, friendly, and informative.

The team at Hoffman was fantastic!They performed a detailed inspection on my home. I live in a different state and they walked me through every aspect of the inspection. I would recommend them to everyone.

Doesn't follow through on their word. Never received paperwork from their inspection that we paid for. My husband and I were lied to multiple times by the owner, Dale, claiming he would send the paperwork by a certain date. We gave this company multiple chances over months to get this completed.

This great team of four people took nearly three hours to thoroughly inspect the home we thought we wanted to purchase. They even removed at least 16 screws and an entire step in order to gain access to the crawl space. We remain grateful for their honest & demonstrated fair ("We're not going to speculate about why or how....") assessment. The inspection helped us more easily make a difficult & important decision.

Need an inspector on short notice and Hoffman Home Inspection was the go to for me. Very professional, efficient, likeable guys. Very detailed report, and pictures were also provided.

The Hoffman crew was outstanding. I was very impressed with how thorough they were - all the way down to raising minor items like a door not latching or a cabinet door that didn't line up properly. That attention to detail gave me the confidence that they had done the work to find the bigger items that could be problems. On top of that the benefit of their pricing report and subscription to homebinder just adds to the value. Outstanding.
