Ryan and his staff were so friendly to me in such a difficult time. They represented my case very professionally and with a great deal of pride. They were always there to answer my questions, and worked really hard to get me the settlement I deserved.

I was very confused by the way I was treated by Mr. Hodge recently, after contacting his firm for help with an existing case. I had spoken to him twice via phone and email and he had been very polite either time, and I had already been into the office for an initial consultation as well. I was told Mr. Hodge was interested in taking my case, so I was very surprised by the way I was treated when I visited his office the second time. First, I sat for quite a long time while Mr. Hodge reviewed my file; it was an awkward way to begin the visit considering that he did not even say hello, and I was confused as to why he had not reviewed this before I arrived. He then asked several pointed, almost demeaning questions in a very brash fashion, and throughout the half hour or so that the meeting continued did not cease from this attacking fashion. He said he was "just trying to prepare me for what would happen in court", but by the time I left I was nearly in tears. I was very taken off guard by the way I was treated and am still very confused as to why I was treated this way. I had no warning whatsoever that this would be the m.o. so it was quite a shock.
