HOA Management Services

Really good folks to work with. Helped us get the HOA up to speed and great at assisting the Board with planning and implementing HOA maintenance and services.

This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE we could have possibly imagined in an HOA management company. We are first time condo owners and thought. Our dues would take care of everything outside of our condo. The pool is in horrible shape, decks are falling apart, stairs are coming away from the building, weeds everywhere, paint peeling and rotten wood around the windows. We have begged for them to take care of this and even got on the board so that we could help speed things along. Big mistake. Worst communicators, terrible inspections, worst repairs and they can't seem to get us some bids on work that needs to be done. We are changing to another company due to the lack of care they take in our community. Very disappointing. The residents want to keep property values up. We want to take pride in our homes. HOA management does not seem to have the same mission statement. Never use them if you can help it. It took me a full year to decide whether or not to write this review, and after replacing all of our own wood around the windows and listening to the history of our association, I felt compelled to warn everyone who reads this.

Horrible company. They do very little to improve your neighborhood. The covenants they lay out are rarely followed and the most you will hear from them is the bill they send. Lousy.
