Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown

They had my confirmation number but decided to inflate the rates due to a high level of occupancy costing me an additional $100. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Supposed to be $250 a night with breakfast. Said I didn't have breakfast and charged me $209 for one of the nights. I am a Hilton Honors member for a long time but no longer. Cancelling everything. Manager kept talking over me and did nothing to keep a client. You should fire this man he is bad for business.

The HGI in downtown Wichita delivered MUCH MORE than I expected!!!It has beautiful, contemporary, well maintained furnishings; a very professional staff, and the food (breakfast & dinner) was really good.As a business development consultant who has worked on numerous Customer Satisfaction Projects, I salute the staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Maintenance ) for their CONSISTENTLY Top-Notch service and guest satisfaction awareness.

Great location, incredibly easy to get in and out of, several parking options, very clean and nicely renovated. I'd hands down recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Wichita, KS.

from the second we walked in, we have been treated like royalty. we were greeted right away and asked how we could be helped. we had a very early flight in and they did their best to check us in far before their normal 3 pm check in times. we were checked in at 8 am! we utilized their complimentary shuttle service where we were driven to and from a wedding along with them taking us to the airport. we even needed a birthday card last minute and asked if they knew where we could find one....they proceed to pull out a HUGE box of cards for us to choose from, no charge. we have been nothing but accommodated over and over. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

LOVE. THIS. PLACE.AAAAND Vanessa the bartender that comes with it! She told us they're going to be opening a roof top GLASS BOTTOM pool with a bar attached so count us in! We wouldn't miss her perfect cocktails and the roof top pool!

This hotel looks like it's newly remodeled or newly established in downtown Wichita (Jan 2020). The decor is modern and colorful. The lobby's big and pretty fancy. They have valet parking, and a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. They have a complimentary guest happy hour from 5-7 weekdays. There's a full service Starbuck's attached, but there are other good coffee shops nearby.

Easily the nicest Hilton garden inn I have ever stayed at. Clean, new, and comfortable. Zero complaints.

We hosted a two-day event at the hotel. The hotel was clean and well cared for. The conference area was in the basement and away from the day-to-day bustle of the hotel. The lobby was a fantastic place to gather in between events. We were able to walk to get coffee, drinks, food, everything we needed. But above everything else was the customer service! All of the staff - especially Julie, Juan and Ziggy - were incredibly attentive to us. Whatever we needed they were there to help from setup to teardown.

Don't stay here! See google review! So many issues between non-working TV, lack of ticket to leave the garage, and rude customer service, don't waste your money here!
