My 16 yr old daughter and I have been patients at HFD for 5 years and service has declined. Staff are unprofessional laughing and making jokes about other patients within earshot of other patients. You can hear everything that is said from one end of the office to the other. The schedule is packed and appointments are jammed back to back. My daughter had an appointment a month ago, she told Dr. Doan that she was not numb and could feel the drill and he continued. Her gums got cut and she still is unable to bite down on any hard foods. Our claim was submitted incorrectly and I received a bill for over $1,900.00. Spent all afternoon on the phone with my insurance company to find out that the claim was not submitted correctly to begin with by HFD. We will not be returning.

Bad dentist office that I ever experience. Collect all treatment at the same day over $7000 and keep my credit $2858 about 3 months. Front desk is unprofessional. pick up my line and still laughing and talking to someone. Office manager old one name Melody and new one Lonnie not professional. tell me its take 2 weeks for processing refund and then from now over 3 months still keep my credit $2858. Office manager Lonnie told me to call me back but did not call me back. Also. she said she will email me the form to fill out for HIPPA transfer medical records to new dentist, but never happens and my new dentist office will have to me to request it. BAD EXPERIENCE ABOUT FRONT DESK SCHEDULING AND TREATMENT. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OFFICE MANAGER DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE PAYMENT AND CREDIT FOR CLIENT. After agreeing to dentures, I never saw the dentist again. After 13 extractions, I was given no after care instructions. Four or five follow ups to get temporary dentures to fit. My insurance has dropped them from their network. After they have your money the dentist has no time for you.

I can't even give Dr. Doan a 1 because of the extensive amount of damage he has done to two of my family members. Dr. Doan convinced her that she needed implants even though her teeth were perfectly fine. He put in the implants and they got infected under his care and had to be removed leaving her with the only option of upper dentures.This led to other extensive issues..with bone loss etc... and due to his lack of knowledge in this type of dental work her life has been forever changed.A similar situation happened to another family in which she was put in the hospital for 2 weeks for malnutrition because he was not qualified to do the work, but yet he wanted the money.

I was duped! After my first to this place I was promised a Starbucks gift card if I gave them a 5-star Google review, so I did. Unfortunately, I can't seem to change that, but I want to set the record straight. I haven't been back in almost two years because of the pain and sensitivity I felt after Dr. Doan fixed a filling. I asked for it to be redone a few weeks later, but it actually felt worse. After he was done, he tested it twice. Both times, I said it was still sensitive. His response, "Really?!?! It can't POSSIBLY still hurt." I never went back.
