Highland House

Although advertised as Over 55 community, the bathrooms do not have walk in showers or wide doorways for wheelchair. The staff is not required to be vaccinated, tested or wear a mask. The building uses a boiler for heat & AC & management controls that. They say "utilities included" but they don't tell you, they will decide when you have heat & when you have AC. The AC is inadequate. The pool was closed all summer needing repair. Positives include garage parking & good location. Quick response when maintenance needed but must request mask to be worn by technician.
