Wish i could give it 0 stars. Smells like death. Decorated terrible. 80s style tv that doesnt work. No microwave or fridge. Bed is a hard old bedspring. Its disgusting. I want to leave now.

This place is unsafe. The police showed up at my room at midnight because they'd double booked my room after I'd asked to be moved because the heater wasn't working in my first room. The other person entered my room with a key while I was sleeping (!) and then the hotel staff reported me as an unbooked guest. Apparently whoever was working in the front desk hadn't recorded my room change and new staff had come on. I demanded a refund and left after the police told me they get called out to this hotel a lot. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke. The Best Western is a much safer bet.

This hotel needs to go. No hot water inside all of the rooms only on the sinks. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, bed bugs are alerted the pool tables are out of order. This hotel is falling apart and it needs to shut down.

On business trip and showed up at 7pm to a large dark parking lot! Went to check in and it was from the 80's and smelled horrible. Checked out the room 1st and no thanks!! 20+yr old rooms. Water running in the tub, fresh water stains on the ceiling! They boast a resturant..closed out of business, bar.. closed out of business, no longer serve a continental breakfast! Pool was green with ceiling tiles hanging above it. It was like something from ghost hunters. Steer clear!!!

This place is pathetic..... I swear this place has bed bugs. Health and service needs to shut it down. It's worth the gas money to drive to the next town.

Don't stay here!! The place is filthy and the staff is incompetent. It took a long time to check in despite the fact we had a reservation. When we got to our nonsmoking room it reeked so bad, cigarettes I assume. We said we could not stay in this room, they gave us keys for another room which another guest was staying in. We decided to stay somewhere else. They said we would receive a credit on our cars within 72 hours. Stay Away!!!!!

"Itching to get out..."as my wife said as we left, thinking she may have a lice infestation. The visit started reminiscent of "The Shining," with the hallways and pool area being shrouded in darkness, prompting my wife to comment that "Jack Nicholson is going to kill us." After trudging over the stained, unvacuumed halls, we then arrived at our room, and after multiple attempts with the electronic key access, entered the room to be greeted with the aroma of mold, and black deposits on the air vents. The room was a 1980s time capsule likely at 1960s electrical code, with an ancient TV, alarm clock, and a useless phone with a dysfunctional keypad and a speaker that made me have to yell to be understood when calling the front desk.The final blow was the once-excellent Sunday omelette bar and breakfast buffet, which in its heyday had lines to the front door. Now there were 2 people in the restaurant, with an unattended omelette bar sitting out likely for hours and dirty towels hanging from the sink nearby. We left a day early as we didn't feel comfortable with our 2 little girls (coming with the grandparents) being there and in the pool area. It's not even worth 1 star!!!!

Worst hotel stay ever. I saw this hotel on hotel.com for 58.00 a night. I called a head and made a reservation. When I arrived the girl told me the rate is $80.00 a night. I explained I saw the room for $58.00 on hotel.com. She stated that's for an exterior room and not newly remodeled. She could hook me up with a brand new room for $75.00. So I took it. When I got into my room I saw a 1980 couch and a tube tv. The bed had on old cover on it that you know they don't wash every time some stays. I walked into the bathroom and I saw a spider web with bugs trapped in its web, then I saw two dead bugs on the sink counter. The carpet was old and dirty with two big holes in it. The bed was hard as a rock, I should of slept on the 1980 couch. The pillows are so cheap they are for little kids not for adults. They also do not have a place to eat breakfast. I would not let my dog stay here. Shame on this hotel. Knock knock the 2013 is asking to come in.

This is Great Bend, Kansas. The room is clean, it's got a TV, and a microwave and mini fridge. It isn't like you're gonna find a competing Wyndam or Hilton or something. For it being basically a pass through rural town with some chains, it will do. Stop expecting bellboys and concierges in the middle of Kansas. The front desk lady was nice. Honestly, do you all go to McDonalds expecting white glove service?
