High Roller Car Wash

I just washed my car there. Everything went well till I put over 4 dollars on spotless rinse. Didn't come on . That is not what's wrong. I called and went to websight to let them know and nothing.Nobody, nothing there.

I drive by this car wash every day but usually use another business that's only an automatic. The vacuum was $.75 and covered 1.5 floorboards. I pulled into a wash stall, paid$2 and the presoak didn't sputter enough to cover the front end alone before the machine started beeping for more money. Like an idiot, i obliged and went for the foaming brush instead.... but WHY?! The head of the brush was broken off and the metal end was shooting pink soap out like a baby with colic. Aaaaaand there's that money hungry beep again sounding off. I quickly switched to high power rinse and hopefully I'll get these photos uploaded to show you why i won't be returning. I searched for contact info on site and didn't see any, i was hoping also that maybe they'd like to return my money but, i won't hold my breath. For the record...i really HATE that I'm sounding so b*tchy about it. I'm not going to erase it though because SOMEone needs to speak up. I am now noticing that i am NOT the only one in Wichita that has been let down by this place. I hope whoever runs this place cares enough to do something. I realize it's "just a car wash" but, it's a business that charges for its services. I paid the charges, didn't get the services or did but received unacceptable (to me) services. Ima go pray about it now.

Do not use this car wash!!!! Takes your money and the owner conveniently doesn't answer his phone!!!!

I need to get in touch with the owner. I paid for the automatic wash and it's not working. I want my refund. The two numbers I located on Google are not in service. help please!!!

The change machine keeps a quarter of every dollar put in. I tried both and same result. No way to contact the business office either. Never again!

The price is good but the way the sprayers work it doesn't get off bird poop off the vehicle.they really should put some kind of scrubber's to get off the dry stuff

This has got to be the most expensive car wash that I have ever been to. The normal car wash place that I regularly use on the south part of town charges $1.50 for like 3 minutes. This place charges $1.75 for like 2 minutes. I saw the owner and I told him that I thought he needed to give more wash time for the price and after that he turned away from me and started walking off and said, "You put more money you get more time". I told him that this was the first and last time that I would ever use this car wash. Bring a lot of change because you'll need it! This place is way over priced. Maybe it would warrant a higher price if it was new but it's very dated. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I got the $10 royal (screw) flush. I seriously doubt the owner of this rat hole uses their own business to wash their own vehicles!!

Do not waste your money at this car wash. There aren't any brushes to actually scrub away any dirt on vehicles. There are basically water sprinklers that go around a couple times, but when I drove away it looked like I never went. And it cost $7 for that crap!
