Hidalgo Bar and Grill

We are in Augusta to visit the Wife's family and stopped by Hildago's for lunch. The overall experience was great. The restaurant is clean and the service was very quick. The wife and I ordered the #2 combo meal which consisted of a taco, enchilada, rice and beans. The food was very good! We will stop by again next time we come through Kansas.

If you don't take the drive to Augusta Kansas and eat at this restaurant, you are simply missing out. They have the best Mexican food in the area. Great guacamole and margaritas as well. Take a little drive and enjoy this place

Food was great. Waiter was fantastic. But omg the chopping of food from the kitchen the whole entire 40 minutes was the worst!!! Play some music or something. I was so annoyed by the time I left.

There's great food that is delicious and tasty,if you are vegetarian there's options for you to try out.The drinks are good and the prices are reasonable.The service is great and it's in a timely manner.The Ambiance is great and if you're sensitive to lighting you can easily enjoy it and if you're claustrophobic then you will like this place.

First time I ate there I found someone's chewed gum in my salsa. I was eating with 2 other people. They gave me my meal for free (after I lost my appetite) but a guy sat my the door to make sure I paid for the other 2 meals. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

We have been supporting this restaurant ever since it opened, coming in at least once a week, food was decent and service was fine, a couple weeks ago I came in alone and was seated in a back room, provided chips and water, and then ignored...they seemed very busy and I wasn't in the mood for slow service so I told them I would come back when it wasn't so busy and left. Next visit with my wife the next week they decided to serve us over salted cold food that was improperly prepared...I guess they dont want our business anymore and thats okay, we will support the other restaurants in town....
