All good things must come to an end. The original family has sold the business to an unqualified and less customer friendly owner. Everything about the place has changed for the worse. Meat quality, cuts, cleanliness, appearance, reduced hours, etc. Look for GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE soon. Sad.

Only Reason I Went To You Guys Was For The Rib Tips And The Last 5 Or 6 Times, I Went You Were Out Or My Tips Were Hard To Chew Like You Rushed Them. You Only Sale Tips Wednesday And Thursday And I Went A Couple Wednesday's And Y'all Just Wasn't Selling Them Period. Wish You Guys The Best But I Won't Be Back And I Definitely Won't Be Recommending You Guys At All Anymore To My Out Of Town Family And Friends

Good barbecue great sauces. Adjoining butcher shop with indoor seating. Fast courteous service, with that satisfying Smokey aroma.

Food; overpriced and very processed unlike Yoder Market.Service; not very professional Ambiance; it's a meat market/fast food/ grocery store with the gas station vibe.

Herman's managers went above and beyond expectations. We told Herman's that we wanted to celebrate our veteran son's birthday. All of the ones that we had missed. They helped us pick out the right meat, how much we were going to need per person and even cooked it. Our guest loved it, and our son gave me a big smile, which was priceless, thank you Herman's for making an unforgettable birthday for our veteran son.

Delicious and I had called in the order with a special request to leave out the bread as I am gluten intolerant and it was done as I asked. Server was super nice and friendly. Evening rush time but only had to wait about 8 minutes.

First time in. The place is large but shelves seemed far apart and empty. I got some hot pickles and snack sticks (jalapeño and regular). Pickles were pretty good but not the nose destroying pickles from the former pickle master across town. Snack sticks had good flavor but very coarse to the point I has to spit out some large pieces. I'll try some other items next time.

I absolutely love this place! They grind there ground beef from steak and roast trimmings. Absolutely the best in town and they charge less than grocery stores. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. Check out some of their specialty items. My favorite are pickled sausages.

Herman's is a great BBQ place. I love BBQ & I love that I have more than just Hog Wild to choose from. Hog Wild is good but Herman's is good too. Their hours are kind of weird sometimes so just check before you go. Always good, prompt service and hot delicious meat!! They also have a huge store section in half of their building where you can buy a bunch of different kinds and cuts of meat to take home and lots of different types of bbq sauces. Love it.

You should really train your staff better. The kid that served me couldn't tell the difference between a ribeye and a KC strip. But....what really put me off was him grabbing the steaks I selected with his bare hands. Really? This is what I am paying premium prices for? Not anymore!
