I bought two TVs recently at Hephners plus accessories. I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive with any of the big box stores or Best Buy. Had to make a return on one thing I bought for my brother that he didn't need. No problem.

We went looking for home theater equipment over the summer and came across a projector system which included instillation. Decided against it as we were moving. My wife surprised me with a similar system she found, but did not include instillation. Called Hephner, talked to Michael and said I have a system I need a screen hung and projector set up, and possibly a surround system. So he sends Kelcey out for a consult. I show Kelcey the space and the products we have on hand, and say we will most likely get a sound system to go with the projector from them. We talk look around. He leaves after charging me the consult fee of $134.38. sends me the quote, which is only for the surround sound system equipment, with a note saying after the screen is hung and projector is set up, we can pay them $200 an hour to set up the sound system. So I call back and try to find out why the primary reason I called them, the install and set up of my screen and projector was not included in their quote. Michael gets back on the phone and says, my notes say we talked about a surround system, I said, no I explicitly said I need a screen hung and projector set up to both you and Kelcey, and that we would probably get a surround sound system. Michael tells me we don't do that, we recommend cablecom for that. call them. Oh and if you want the surround system we have the pieces in stock. So instead of saying we don't do what you are asking for when I called and asked if they could do a projector/screen install, they lied, took my money under false pretense then tells me when I call to ask why what I asked for wasn't included. and said go to this other company that does it, then come back and drop $3k on surround system from us. Yeah, so instead of getting commission and profit from a $3k sound system plus install had they been honest they are getting a negative review on every site out there saying buyer beware.

Don't waste your time checking this place out. They are 300-500 dollars more than even Best Buy. Greg wouldn't even discount his 2500 dollar TV , 200 dollars. He told me that they check their prices every morning to compete with others but when I checked my phone for other prices they were still too high. Delivery and set-up aren't that hard so it's not worth it.

Got a great TV for my husband's retirement. Hephner picked up our old monstrosity of a TV, hauled it off, and set up our new TV. Great experience.

Worst place ever to take anything for repair. The owner basically called me a liar. I took a tv in for repair because it keep going to a green screen. They did fix the issue I took the tv in for but the repair process was almost two weeks of mass chaos. They told me the part was not there when it was. They told me it didn't need a repair after they told me it did. They quoted incorrect ready times. Basically every time I called no one knew what it's going on. I finally got my tv back on Friday. Me and a guy from the store loaded it in my car. I made it not even two miles away when I looked in the rearview mirror to change lanes and noticed there was a big dent in the frame of the tv. I called them and I got the owner. I told him my problem and he said he would talk to his service techs. They said there were no dents in it when the tv was there. I replied that basically you're telling me I dented it by driving away from your business. I told him that where the tv is sitting in the suv even if I slam on the breaks it still would not hit were the dent is. I then told him I could turn around and bring it back to show him or send him pictures. The owner said no this is not my problem because you can't prove we did the damage here. I told him this is bad Business and he said this could have happened when you brought it to us. I told him I know for a fact there was no dents in the tv and you said earlier the tech guys didn't see any dents while it was there. Then he tried changing his story and said we don't look over the TVs that well when they come in. Well I got home and found a second dent on the top of the tv and this sticky glue where it had been resting on the bench they use to work on the tvs. Basically the owner was very rude and disrespectful. I had the proof to show him that I was not lying and he didn't want to see it. He insisted on calling me a liar and told me it was my problem now. I will never take any of my stuff there ever again and I would not suggest this place to anyone. Unless you want to be call a liar by the owner who just wants to take your money and does not care about the customer .
