The service department is a great place to have work done on your vehicle. I have also helped several people purchase vehicles here and they are very happy with their vehicles.

I am in the process of suing this dealership in small claims court.Be very wary of this car dealership, the devil's minions have set up shop there. Slick businessmen with slippery techniques that will stab you in the back when you aren't watching. They seem to play up the "good ol' boy" angle at this place. They act like a mom and pop shop that stands behind every sale. They don't. And they lie out of their teeth.I should've known something was up with this place when they didn't even vacuum or wash the car I purchased. There were still M&M's stuck to the seats and floor mats when I picked it up. I SHOULD OF TURNED AWAY RIGHT THEN. But I didn't, and that ended up being the least of my worries...MY STORY: I purchased a blue 2007 Honda Fit Sport with 100k miles on it. Both doors and mirrors were scratched up. I didn't like that and told them I wasn't interested in the car. I also told them I wanted to buy a car with tag, title, and tax covered in the price. I have NEVER purchased a car where the dealer didn't cover T,T, and L.The salesman told me that if I paid them an additional $200 to cover some of the price of painting the doors, they would cover the tag, title, and license as well. I wasn't super happy with the offer, but I wanted a Honda Fit and there weren't any in the entire state... so... I agreed. After about a week and a half, I received the car and the doors looked TERRIBLE. They were painted a completely different shade of color and did not match the car at all. It was shocking how off the coloring was.At first, they tried to trick me and told me that the paint would "lighten" on its own if I left it in the sun for over a month. I knew better than this and refused to take the car off the lot looking the way it did. I told the dealer that the doors were not acceptable. In fact, I actually offered the dealer a bit more money to blend the doors properly and paint the rear doors. I knew their original price of $200 was rather cheap for a paint job and so I figured if I threw in some more dough, it'd come back looking like it's supposed to. I shouldn't have been so kind. While the car was being painted AGAIN, the dealer put me in a very stinky, old 2000 Ford Focus which had used kleenexes littering the floor boards. It was an AWFUL car and the smell was so bad I had to cover the whole damn thing in tiny Christmas trees just to cover it up. Even a police officer commented on it at an intersection. It was such a POS.2 weeks later, I received my car. It came back looking good this time. Unfortunately, it still didn't have a tag on it. I asked when the tag, title, and license would be taken care of and they told me not to worry and that they would send me a check in the mail for the cost. I found this to be an odd way to do things, but still, I foolishly agreed. 3 weeks passed and no check came. I called them asking where the check for my tag was and they stated it was in the mail. I waited another 2 weeks and to my disgust, I received a check for under HALF the cost of the tag, title, and license.I was livid. I called the dealer back and was met with firm resistance. They told me not to call back, the deal was done, and that they "only agreed to pay half of the TTLS". I couldn't believe it. I would never have agreed to purchase the car with half the TTLS covered. But even if they were telling the truth, and that had been the agreement, the check they sent me STILL didn't cover half the cost. So they couldn't even back up their own lies.I didn't get anything in writing and so I suppose I am to be blamed for this disaster. THIS DEALERSHIP is a BAD, BAD PLACE.Do NOT trust these people. Do NOT give them the benefit of the doubt. And DO NOT buy a car from them.I repeat: DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM CANNON HONDA. You will regret it.

We were upside down with our car that we owned and we were done with it. Heather Cannon helped us out and gave us a great deal on a minivan that has been working great for our family. So much more space, and it is stylish for a minivan. We love it!

After reading the negative reviews on this site I thought I would chime in and tell you about my experience when I went in to the show room with my son 12 and my daughter 2. We were out and about asking local businesses for donations to help my sons school organization fund a trip to go to there national competition that was in Florida himself and 10 other kids had qualified for at there school. I had never stepped foot on the lot before but as we talked to the people there we were directed to the proper person in charge of such things and I let my son do all the talking. The lady was busy as I understand why she has a job to do but took the time to see us and ask him about his organization. Before we left they had printed us a check for a monetary donation it wasn't a lot but it was the biggest donation we had gotten that day. So the next time I am looking for a vehicle I will check with them before I buy.

I made online inquiry and they responded right away. The next day we checked out a used 2010 Honda Odyssey van and bought it and they were super easy to work with. When an unforeseeable issue came up (the starter failed, which according to my mechanic was not predictable) they took care of it even though I hadn't purchased a warranty. I definitely recommend them

I bought my car from them a couple of years ago and haven't had any major problems with it. When I first bought my car they didn't really clean the car very well (I think they were in a hurry). Other than this they have been great. When I bought my car there wasn't a spare key and they had one made for me for free! Which was awesome cause I always need a spare. I always try and bring my car back to Ponca for oil changes and other services because the staff is really friendy and honest about what needs done for my car whereas other dealerships will try and get me to pay for things that aren't necessary. Overall a very good dealership!
