Heart's Desire

I've been going to Heart's Desire for years now and they are absolutely wonderful! They are always helpful when picking out a new pattern, picking out a frame, or even picking out thread. I have probably framed over 10 pieces here and each one has been beautifully done.

hearts desire framed an embroidery that was made by my mother, it was not properly recessed to begin with and it was taken back to have the glass recessed from the stitches. The embroidery is 32x22. The glass was never properly recessed and I finally took it to Hobby Lobby to have it framed. upon taking it apart to re frame it we found that Hearts Desire used staples that were so big there are now holes in the material from the staples, the glazier points were pinned into the canvas tearing the material in 3 places and tearing the stitches in 2 places. They taped the frame which also tore stitches. They had ONE job!!! EPIC FAIL!!! It is framing they specialize in!! When I pointed all the damage out to the woman who does the framing at Hearts Desire there was no remorse for the damage done, irreplaceable work...damage done. My mother is no longer with us. Hobby Lobby found all the damage and being a christian based store they were appalled!!! They suggested I talk to Hearts Desire as they would never do that to a customer! The lady at Hearts Desire was extremely rude. She refused to even honor a refund. Not that money could replace it but for the damage done there should be some re-embursement!! I'm sorry I have to even give it 1 star... $360 for a low quality frame and damage that made me just sick to my stomach!!Chat Conversation End

Heart's Desire has been the best cross stitch store I have ever been in . I have traveled all over the country and world. been going to them over 15-20 years . will to send me anything I needed. pictures framing has been great . I wish I could let you see the framing Cindy

Worst service ever..Rude, Unprofessional. I would never trust this business to frame anything! They dont stand by their work.
