Heartland Dumpster Rental

I found Heartland on a Google search and contacted them late on a Friday to have some yard waste removed. They contacted me almost immediately and set up an appointment on Saturday for a quote, which I was not expecting! They came on Monday and hauled away everything, and for a lot cheaper than other services in town. I would definitely use again!

Travis is very professional and his terms are reasonable and flexible depending on the circumstances. The team did a great job removing several large appliances from two separate locations on three different levels. I was stricken by the fact that Travis was very conscientious of being careful, even stopping to ask about some existing damage that he thought he may have caused, which he didn't (was existing damage). This level of integrity is rare. Great job and great people!

Travis and his crew did an outstanding job of clearing out a flooded basement of very nasty junk, furniture and carpet, as well as a garage full of junk. They were very professional and considerate. I was more than pleased with their work and will be using them again soon. A genuine pleasure to recommend.

My dumpster was to be delivered on wednesday. No call, no show.I rescheduled it for the next Monday because it was to rain. Late to show up. The driver did not leave me enough room to get the bobcat into the back yard as I had specified on their contract. It was late the next afternoon before my dumpster was pulled out..Susan on the phone was lovely. I asked to speak to management and no one ever returned my calls.We will see how much they are going to charge me!

I loved the service I received from Heartland. I called and was able to get a dumpster really fast. The gentlemen I spoke to was always nice. I would definitely use them if the need arises again.

Terrible customer service. says dumpster is rated for 5000# then sends me additional bill for over 3000# in overage. I text him to let him know wow then filling it halfway will meet the weight. his response Nah the dumpster averages 4000#. must have been the wet rugs. wet rugs over 3000# in overage lol ok then I realized it rained Thursday I didn't throw the rugs out until Friday. so much for wet rugs. we agreed on a time to get payment Monday morning at 730 AM because he stated he needed to get that dumpster out to another client. well get a text Sunday around 9 PM that he cant do 730 AM because he just realized he has to meet his personal trainer at 6 AM. who breaks a commitment with a client because of a meeting with a personal trainer? Then tells me if I don't have payment and contract to him by tomorrow morning I will be liable for the extra per day charges. your the one that forgot u had a prior engagement not me. so after he tells me about the overage charge of 55 bucks I tell him whatever ill just sent payment so we can be done with each other. he felt the need to respond how hard he has worked to build a 5 star company, and recommended next time i should just get my own trailer and haul the stuff myself so I don't have to deal with any companies. my response was no next time I will just deal with another company. must have gotten the 5 star rating from his personal trainer. also realized there are less expensive companies to use next time. live and learn never again
