They found my basal cell cancer. Scheduled MOHS surgery and removed it. Healed nicely! I had a full body scan. Found a few pre-cancer spots that were frozen. Those were handled in a friendly, professional manner. I appreciate that.

Love Dr Dawn she is amazing and everyone at Heartland, from the front desk to the nurses to the Dr are very sweet and helpful.

The Heartland Dermatology office is shit. I been using Mid-Kansas Dermatology for almost 20 years but it's now Heartland. Today was my last visit because I'm tired of their games. They require me to come in every 6 months for refills of prescriptions I've been taking at least 7 years and before it was Heartland I only had to go in once a year. Most every time I go, they make me wait 20-30 minutes to be seen. Today I went to the office for an appointment only to find that the office had moved and I never got notified. When I finally made it to the new office they told me I was over my 15 minute timeframe and would have to wait about an hour, but the doctor was running behind, so probably longer. Never using them again. I suggest you don't waste your time.

This was an ok experience from the beginning. I never did receive a phone call to tell me when my 1st appt was or even a reminder call. The receptionist was nice but not too personal.The Dr and nurse were very nice but not too helpful with African American skin.

I drove over an hour for my appointment just to be told it was canceled. I didn't cancel it. I don't know who did but it was beyond frustrating. Also, didn't appreciate the pencil pusher behind the desk treating me like a liar.

If you get filler or Botox you HAVE to check them out!I've had lip filler at a few places in the past, and wasn't ever truly satisfied, and it hurt so bad.Lisa helped prep me, and offered such kind support through the entire appointment.Angie worked like an Angel with those Needles It didn't hurt and she took the time to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Excited for the 2 week follow up! She definitely has a client for life. THANK YOU for making the experience as enjoyable as it could be. You guys are the best

After waiting for a long time to get an appointment at Heartland, I met with a PA, Colleen Mitchell, regarding a hair issue I have been having for over a year. I was told there's clearly an issue but they have no idea what's going on. I felt a complete lack of care, knowledge or support from the PA. My appointment lasted less than 10 minutes and I was sent on my way. So disappointed I waited for this appointment and had to pay for the appointment. I would not recommend you waste your time!

This is the place to go for your dermatology needs. Everybody is caring and helpful. If the staff and Doctors are overwhelmed you would never know it. They take your health seriously here. Thank you, thank you thank you for seeing my husband when he was so miserable. You seriously are the best!
