I just went in with an 1877s 20 dollar gold piece, two rolls of uncirculated Morgan's and Peace dollars plus jewelry. I see their ads regarding treating you honestly. I guess they were honest in telling me they were going to screw me. They said they would only pay $300 below gold prices. On my silver dollars for 40 uncirculated silver dollars they offered me $5.50 per coin.$220 for both rolls.I had a Native American silver bracelet they said all they would pay was silver value( their silver value)I should have asked why they were even open but I happily walked out.

After my first visit to this store I said I would near return. However, I did return. It was a positive experience. I dealt with who I think was the owner. He was very helpful and provided good info. I made a purchase and walked out happy.

Here and common in the coin business practice, buyers like to buy low from people who are usually desperate or in need of money and that is exactly the case here.Wouldn't even offer me 500 for a coin they had marked in the showcase for 3500These guys like to show off & grow their own coin collection. As a coin lover I definitely didn't feel like they tried to trade fairly with me.

I became Biden-Broke recently, and having some ounces of silver took them in to see what I might be able to sell 2 or 3 ounces for. Chris was very helpful and a joy to speak with! Spot price was $31.91 I believe and they paid me VERY close to spot price. This was $5.00+ more than I was offered during a previous phone call with another buyer. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE!

Team members are very knowledgeable and friendly. We received great advice and fair prices.

It's just another coin store, but this store doesn't have anything of interest. What's worse is we were completely ignored even after we greeted the staff. And other costumers were ignored as well.

Apparently they think it's 2017. It's as if 2020 didn't pandemic...,,, no masks. Isn't there a mandate. Anyone?

I've been a customer for about 8 - 9 years. I've probably been in 100 times and they have ALWAYS treated me well. Their prices are fair and the service is excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The only criticism I have is an occasional lack of inventory. I've quit going to any other coin store in town. Heartland is great.
