Tiffany owner and Nail Tech at Head to Toe in Derby is the best! When she does your nails, they are beautiful and long lasting! She does not use plastic tips, she actually paints on the tips, finishing the nails with light sheer pink acrylic. She does NOT use drills, but does your nails with emery boards - a fresh board for each customer. We love you Tiffany! You are the best!
