If I could give 10 stars I would. I was building a fence and needed a post hole digger and was told by FOUR different people to call the HRC and get the digger from them. I called and reserved the digger and they were very knowledgeable and patient when explaining it to me. The real customer service started when I returned the equipment on the Tuesday afternoon Memorial Day. I got off from work and took it back around 4:00 pm. As I was leaving the young man at the counter told me that it was actually due at 8:30 that morning and I would need to pay an additional fee. I told him that I wasn't aware of this and got out my wallet to pay and he asked me if I had to work that day and that is why I was late getting it back and I said yes. He told me not to worry about it and didn't make me pay. I was appreciative but insisted on paying because it stated clearly at the top of the invoice when it was to be back and it was definitely my fault. He insisted that I was okay and he would wave the charge. In a world like we have today it is GREAT to see such great customer service. I will never rent from anywhere else and I will never recommend anyplace else to anyone. I don't care if you live in Maize or Goddard it is worth the drive to the HRC. You don't get very many good people in retail anymore but these are definitely some of the few. I have told this story to a dozen people already. Go there and pass all the rest.
