Walked into Hawaiian Nails with nails that were a complete disaster! Mila (I think) took such care and did a truly beautiful job on my French with regular polish. I have a finger/nail that I burned badly a very long time ago and she worked on it and I have to say, after the polish, it fits right in!! Nice to not be subconsciously aware of it any more! If you are in need, check them out... you won't be sorry!

The price is too high and the service is average, nothing is very good. If the price is lower and the service is improved, it will be okay.

This place has such good reviews that's why I came here... and I must have just gotten a low experience tech or something bc my dipped powder was terrible and had to be fixed by another person (Thuy I think, super nice and super friendly). Now that I'm out of state, Day 1 after my gel pedi and one entire toe lost the gel... it lifted entirely and cleanly. Day 2, another toe lost the gel. It's not a chip or anything... the entire thing some how lifted off cleanly! Wtf??? She must have forgotten a step. So frustrating and such a waste of money. We spent $225 total including tips for mani x3 and pedi x2 and literally a waste for me. Now I have to go get a pedicure elsewhere. Also I noticed that they use the same cutting tools without sanitizing here. Idk if that's common practice here but def deters me from getting mani pedi there again.

They did a wonderful job on my toe nails! The pedi included a hot stone massage and a special focus on callus removal. This was my first pedicure that I haven't provided for myself, since Covid19 lockdowns last year. The special attention to Covid precautions and overall client care was greatly appreciated.

Best nail salon and service ever!*Update*Lily is amazing and remembers all my little details. She is fast and very particular when filing and polishing. Love it here!I brought my team here before and this time it was all me. Got a manicure and it was heavenly. I just love good service and clean salons! 1000% recommend!

Horrible customer service!!! Made an appointment, called in to modify it, they said it was okay, and then when I get there they already filled it!

***BEWARE THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST*** My husband bought me a gift certificate for Mother's Day I used that for me a pedicure. I loved my nails! My daughters nail were a different story. She got a full set and my daughter's nails were done horribly!! The owner did her nails. So I called the owner as soon as we left and told her we weren't happy. We returned and she began to belittle us in front of everyone and told us over and over there was nothing wrong with her nails. We were in a hurry but gave her an opportunity to fix them but after she only applied more top coat they were not fixed. She continued to be rude and ask me how long I have been doing nails. So after she made rude comments to everyone in the salon about us and had her coworkers recording us we told her we would just like a refund. She told her us to come back in Wednesday and she would take them off and give us a full refund so we left satisfied with that. On Wednesday we returned and she still continued to be rude and said now she was not going to refund our money and was going to charge us an additional amount to take the nails off. I explained to her that she stated she would give a full refund on Monday and she would not say why she had now changed her mind. After talking she said she would give me 25 dollars back on gift certificate but I refused that because I paid 55 dollars with tip for my daughter's nails with my debit card. The original gift certificate was 45 dollars and used on my pedicure which I was satisfied with. I will NEVER return to this salon as I am not sure how they stay in business with their dishonest practices and poor quality of work.

I love this place anytime I come to Wichita. It's very clean, the staff is friendly, and they do an excellent job without rushing.

I love this nail place because they do a great job and are very friendly. They spend the time that needs to perform the service without rushing. The pedicure is well worth the price and they have different ones you can pick from. I like how long the leg and foot massage last. Will be back again. Thanks
