I've never had a custom hat made... now it's all I want to do. I went in looking for a certain style and Austin walked me through start to finish. I picked a color I liked and we went to work. Austin was super thoughtful and honest on getting the shape right. While it took awhile to get the hat right it was 100 percent worth it. I've received more compliments on this hat than any other hat I own. Would definitely recommend Hatman Jacks.

Superior customer service. Staff provide recommendations and spend time to suggest different styles of hats that work for you. Wide selection of high quality hats. Staff also have a craft of sizing and shaping the hats to customize for the customer. This place is like stepping back in time.

Yesterday my daughter and I decided to check out Hatman Jack's. It was a wonderful experience and I was so impressed with how he could look at us and tell if the hat looked right on us. We will definitely be back when we need a new hat.

I don't know much about hats. I know cool people wear them. My wife said she didn't want me getting a hat. But, I'm in Wichita and she's in Minneapolis, get the picture?Gillions of hats. All kinds. A young woman steered me around to several styles and made suggestions based on whether they looked good on me, what might be better, different materials, etc. We rated on a 1-10 scale, inching our way up towards a 10. I bought a great hat. My wife liked it! I'm cool again, at least in her eyes. Go there and buy a hat.

I'm sooo happy to be in Wichita! We are actually here bringing my mamma back to bury her next to daddy at White Chapel cemetery tomorrow. Beautiful hats many different styles to choose from the store was really packed on a Saturday afternoon it felt like we were in the way no matter where we stood but the workers were very helpful and seemed extremely knowledgeable about their craft. It was a nice place to stop into and check out all the really fancy awesome hats we like to the Top Hat since my other half is wanting a new one and although we did not end up buying this afternoon because we're waiting on a hat to ship as it is we did find one that we would end up getting if the one we're waiting on falls through or isn't as good as we had expected. It seems everyone and Wichita news about the place too so that speaks volumes.

Absolutely amazing people. Helped my husband find a hat and reshaped it completely to fit his needs. Also stretched my hat and reshaped another one of my husbands hats all in one day. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for that more personal experience when looking for the perfect hat for you! Thank you Austin and everyone at Hatman Jack's!

Jack and his entire staff are friendly and extraordinarily helpful. Full service hat care. Enormous inventory. You won't find a better hat shop.
