Avoid this dealership. Scammers. Sold me a car with blown out speakers and refused to fix them. I didn't listen to the radio during the test drive, as you're usually listening to the engine and drivetrain, etc. Bought the car at sticker price. When I discovered the problem the next day and called the salesman, he said I'll check with my manager. Manager said go F yourself. Very shady people. Apparently there are sexual assault allegations as well.

We had a decent sales experience but when we expressed concerns about how the car ran, we were told it's just the Eco feature. Ran the problems persisted including replacing a part that controlled hot and cold air, twice. Then needed all of the door handles replaced because they stopped opening from the outside. On the last trip, we found out that the engine problems were not the Eco computer but actually fuel in the spark plug and a slow oil leak with a completely empty oil pan. Asked why none of that was caught when the took the vehicle in or in the multiple trips to get issues fixed and no good reason was given.

The team did a great job taking care of me as well as making me welcomed. My car was at the end of the 3/36 warranty and was a few miles over but they got me in and took care of me as a valued customer.

I have called to try and set up an appointment and they are very difficult to contact. Two emails did not go through and I called and left a message and didn't get a call back after a 24 hour period. I finally had to go into the dealer and make an appointment. Very frustrating. Kyle Nelson

Bought a ford edge about three months ago. Check engine light came on tried calling the sales man but he didn't return my phone call. Cost me over $800 to have it fixed. Also found out that the front and rear breaks need to be replaced. Can't believe they would sell a vehicle with that bad of breaks . This will cost over $1,000 . Never going to deal with this place again

First off, I really like the Hyundai Tucson that I purchased. BUT...I would sell it or trade it for something else in a heartbeat just so that I would not have to have any further dealings with this business.My salesman, John Olsen, did everything in his power to fix all of the mistakes made by the people processing paperwork. He was handcuffed by everyone above him. They put him in a very bad position.The buying process was great, John took good care of me. But once they had their money and the paperwork process started, it all went downhill. We had to make multiple trips to the dealership to get paperwork corrected. I provided my drivers license with correct information the day of the test drive. They had all of the paperwork for me to sign with an address that I had not been at for 10 years! They did not fill it out with the correct names. Once corrected on the sales contract, they made the same mistakes on the title. The first time that it came back, it sat on someones desk for a week. I had been asking where the title was but no one knew. It took four attempts and several weeks for the office to finally provide correct paperwork. The offered some financial compensation during the process, but once they finally got it correct, they withdrew that offer. A dealership has 60 days to provide the title. I would have had it in 30 days had they not filled it out incorrectly. This caused me to make extra trips to the DMV which is 50 miles round trip. Added to the 4-5 additional visits to the dealership at 40 miles round trip.I really have no faith that this business will ever be able make good on their mistakes or earn any level of respect from me.Good product, good salesman, subpar business dealings beyond that. The businss office that handles titles and contracts gets an F.Will not do any further business with this dealership.

Will never do business with Hatchett ever again. Sister in law bought a car from them, something with the oil sending unit or oil pump went wrong ruined the engine. It's a Hyundai right off their lot and she still had to pay 1400$(she had a warranty thru her credit union). They didn't stand by their vehicle they sold her at all! Then it took almost a full month to get the work done. She was without her car the entire month of July. My family and I have bought several vehicles in Wichita over the years and will probably buy several more, we will not be doing business at Hatchett and will tell everyone we know about our experience.

I never had a better car buying experience in my life. There was no pressure from the salesman (jimmy lynn), he never showed us anything over our budget and met every single one of our requirements we wanted in a car. Even the finance guy (kurt) was funny and made sure we got a good deal. I felt I couldnt of went to a better dealership.Then about 2 weeks go by and the battery dies. I suspect its a bad battery. I called, had a slight attitude (who wouldnt) and I went in the get a free battery inspection. I was expecting to have to pay for a new battery. But when the guy said it was bad, he immediately said he is gonna go ahead and replace the battery free of charge because ive barely had the car. I was so happy! Money is tight, so it was a saving for us to get it replaced. When I need another car, I will definetly be going back!
