I wasn't having much luck finding what I wanted. A friend seen my post on facebook, and recommended I go talk with Eric Tucker. Eric was very knowledgeable on the Palisade, and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. I had been talking with other dealership in wichita, and outside kansas. I got the same answer "We currently have no palisades available, but would be happy to get back to me." I didn't have the time to wait. My insurance company totaled my explorer. Eric took about 5min in front of his computer, and had 4 for me to choose from. I can't say enough about him. He truely made what should of been a stressful situation into a great car buying experience!!!I highly recommend Eric!!

I had to have my serpentine belt replaced today. My problem with this is that the engine was just replaced back in July. Why wasn't the belt inspected before placing it on the new engine or put a new belt on instead. This is POOR BUSINESS. It's definitely buyer beware.

My sales guy was nice young man, name Ethan but the manager Doug Porter was impolite, belittling, talked over me, wouldn't listen and very rude.I don't know if it was because I am a women buying a car for her son, that he thought he could be dismissive. I should of just walked away from the deal. I paid 10,000.00 for the Jeep for my son, ask for the things to be fixed, again I was dismissed. I tried to negotiate the problems to be fixed and I was dismissed. On Friday, one day after the Jeep was purchased the oil light came on and went back off, which is a sign of maybe a oil sensor. The electrically outlets in the car wasn't working. I had my son take the Jeep to Jiffy Lube, where they printed a report stating the rear differential and oil needed to be replaced and the tag light. Which wasn't disclosed on the report from Hatchett Hyundai East I called Friday and Saturday a total of three times and asked for a call back. I was never called! My son was called Saturday and told to bring in the Jeep in on Monday. I am currently at work. My son called me, the only did was replace the tag light and a previously agreed back windshield wiper arm.While on the phone again, I could hear Doug speaking over my son I asked to speak with him and again. He wouldn't call me. I called Cody Lichti and told him. I would like to speak with Doug manager, he said he would speak to Doug. I told him of my previous experiences and told him I would prefer not to deal with Doug. He stated he would give me a call back. Again No call!!I know to these men, maybe 10,000.00 isn't a lot of money but for me and some people that is!!!! I want a good car for my son, and would of liked to have the assurance that the car I just spent some of my life savings on was a good purchase. And to be treated with respect!I wouldn't recommend the Hatchett East to any of my employees, family or anyone! We was treated horrible!

Worse than not good. Took my new Tucson in for oil change but didn't realize the new timetable is 6, not 3 months. Payton offered me a 10 minute car wash instead. 45 minutes later I asked where my car was. Still not washed! I wasted more than an hour for nothing. They should take service out of the name of this department.

Salesman said vehicle still available but when I arrived he was not sure because he was off the day before. If vehicle was still available it was not at the address he gave me. Tried to buy local but will still be going to Oklahoma.

I had no issues as usual with taking my vehicle in for service. Michael is professional and thorough. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and the service was done in an hour while I waited for it to be done. I do hope their remodeling is done very soon because I believe an appointment service will go even faster and so will drop off service!

Been taking my daughter's Hyundai for oil change and other services when needed to Hatchett Hyundai East. Do the once a year synthetic oil change at the dealership since she's student and doesn't drive much.Anyways, every time I call e to get hold of the service first no one answers the phone and when I leave a message a service tech to call me which they never do. Last year finally I dropped the car myself and complained about the lack of respect for their customers which they claimed didn't receive any voicemails after calling couple times. Since last year nothing has changed. I called twice last week and no answer and called again told the front desk lady she tried to pass me to one of the tech who happened to be at his desk. He didn't grab the phone and left a voicemail. It's been over 4 days and not a thing.I called the local Lexus dealership this morning where we take our Lexus immediately give me an appointment. Alway been extremely happy with them.All I know I don't have to beg for my service to get done at the Hatchett Hyundai.Will never go back. YOU JUST MISSED A REGULAR CUSTOMER (tried to be regular customer).
