Started looking online at Hatchett inventory. Very easy to review and quick responds on setting up a phone call or a visit to the dealership. We chose to call in and make sure the inventory was there and Mike was happy to go over the detail of what we were looking at. He also made it easy to text pictures of things we asked about to make our decision to go 2 hrs to buy a vehicle. Once there we drove it, went over everything with Mike and decide to buy because of his simplified way of selling it and helping us understand the process. Paperwork, app help and a showroom delivery was one of the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thank Mike Hauschild and Hatchett GMC!!!

We had an appt. For an oil change and when we showed up they still said it would take 90 minutes for an oil change with an appt! Then she asks me if I want tires rotated and I said yeah ok and she's says well we can't do that till April. Why'd she'd even ask?

Had an appointment to get my oil changed. Pulled into the bay, and was waiting for a service writer to come out and meet me at my car (I just recently had foot surgery and on crutches, so limited mobility), as I am attempting to get out of my car, someone finally approached me and apologized for the delay. I informed them, I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, and that I had a tire that seemed to have a leak. The paperwork shows they charged me for oil change and tire rotation, but nothing mentioning the tire loosing air. This is my first-time using Hatchett Buick GMC, usually go to Hatchett Hyundai East (because I have the lifetime warranty when I bought my used Chevy Impala from them), but due to scheduling, I used Buick GMC dealership. Guess I will be going back to Hatchett Hyundai East next time I need service. Not very impressed with the service at the Buick GMC dealership.

For the first time in three years since i have bought my truck I received satisfactory service. I know that they cannot wash my truck because of the topper, but at least the windows were cleaned inside & out, it was vacuumed & the tire was fixed. Thank you for the improved experience.For a company that sells large vehicles, Hatchett should really have the ability to wash large vehicles or vehicles with toppers!

Low ball offered me on truck never could get a manager to test drive it waited over and hour worst experience Take it to eddys Chevrolet they offered me 3k more no waiting in an out less than 30 minutes!

Amazing lack of customer service from a company I've been doing business with for over 50 years. Cannot even get to talk with anyone in the service department after multiple calls. I went to WSU in the 60's when Steve was a student there; don't know who is running the dealership now!

Had an easy airbag recall fix, scheduled my service one week away on a Thursday. Got an automated call reminder saying the service was scheduled for the Friday after, called and a worker said I was in fact scheduled for Friday, not a big deal just changed some plans around. Got to the dealership on time, they were quick with getting my truck brought in paperwork signed and got out of their in 10 min. Was told there would be a Text/Call when my truck was done so I waited for that. 5-ish hours passed by and I decided to text and was immediately told the truck was ready and to come pick it up. Went back and got my keys, truck came out cleaned and all was good. Looked at my overview sheet on what all was done and it stated my truck was repaired at 12:30. Pretty frustrating there but I understand when a day gets busy so no hard feelings, everyone was very nice and I was pretty happy with how everything went.

BEWARE - first off, do not leave anything in your vehicle that you aren't ok having stolen. Console and glove box were rummaged through (very evident) and some cash stolen (that I forgot to have taken out). Their response is "not responsible". Will let the police investigate. Service department is inept as well. Poor communication on what is being done and when it will be done. Warranty issue not fixed right the first time and could not find the clearly evident issue the second time (evidence of water leakage, which they say is a common problem). 5 days to not fix anything. I doubt they will miss my business but we are taking it elsewhere for both of our vehicles. Use their service department at your own risk.
