Harrisonville Inn & Suites

The bed was comfortable and the receptionist was nice. Only charged us $15 extra for bringing the dog with us. Jetted small tub but no drain plug. Stained bedspread, 2 tiny bath towels that were rough as sandpaper. However, it was quiet and reasonably clean for a cheaper place and we would stay there again if needed.

Online reviews of this location vary greatly. Room smelled musty (we travel with Lysol - easily fixed.) Electrical outlet near sink didn't function, a big disappointment. Everything seems clean.Decor dated.Price was a big deciding factor in our chosing here.

Nope not one star nope nada zilch service sucks rooks ok won't stay here again!!! Checking out was just as un impressive as checking in a piece of paper has more energy than tis place!!!!

Rooms are great for the price! HOT water in the shower with some actual legitimate water pressure! I was amazed by the customer service! When the front desk realized that we were there with a group but in two different rooms, she made sure that we got rooms next to each other! The pet fee was extremely low! $15/night when most places expect anywhere from $25-$100/night! Beds were good, tv worked, had all the amenities that the website said it would. We were very happy with our stay just for the customer service alone!

Just the facts: we needed a bed for one night. Despite bad reviews we decided to stay here because there were some good ones also and we didn't want to spend a lot of money for one night. We got a lower AARP rate for a king bed suite. The room was clean, no bugs, king bed was a little too soft for our taste and they need deep pocket sheets for it. The furniture and carpet is thread bare and worn in places. There was a fridge and microwave plus a huge TV. Breakfast is poor. They have a waffle maker but it wasn't on and packaged muffins, cereal and apples. We were in the second detached building. There was a little traffic noise but not bad. Would I stay again? Probably not. I'd try someone else in the area.

Terrible place to stay. I have been there several times & this time will be the last. They are all very rude, even to customers they know stay there a lot. This time I made 2 separate reservations asking for specific rooms in which they told me I would get. then when I got there, they told me I wouldn't in fact get those rooms, I would get the one I specifically asked not to have. She then proceeded to tell me that reservations are not guaranteed. I'm sorry, what? It was too late to find another hotel & we decided to stay anyways. That night I got very ill & stayed that way until the next morning. So my boyfriend went to ask about a late checkout, even if it costed money.. They told him that we would be fully charged for another day. The wifi did not reach our room, & the "breakfast" is just cereal. I would not recommended this "hotel" to my worst enemy.
