HIGHLY recommend! I had to stop in for some repairs while doing Bike Across Kansas -- they were very helpful, got me fixed quick, and were very reasonable on their pricing. I was impressed with their inventory and the amount of items they had on location. Highly recommend for any cyclists out there.

Attention all trans-am cyclists.... Avoid this place if you can! One of the worst shops I've been to while crossing the country.I took my bike to the shop in Great Bend, KS to get a new left shifter and cable while on a 4700 mile cross country cycling trip. They didn't have the part, but called Harley's in Hutch and confirmed they had the part. We rolled in to the shop the next morning between 10 and 11 and told them we wanted to get rolling and try to get in 50 or 60 miles in the afternoon. They told me the fix wouldn't be done until mid to late afternoon; but probably before they closed at 4. So we were stuck waiting around in Hutchinson. They also have employ a bunch of super young guys as "bike mechanics" that don't seem to know what they're doing (if they do anything at all). Other shops' mechanics drop everything they're working on if you're riding cross country. Not here.I had to get new grip tape too (partly for comfort, partly to get access to put on the new shifter).By the time the job was done it cost me almost 300 bucks... Granted a shifter is an expensive part but most shops we've been in while riding give us a deal on repairs because they know the bikes take a beating. We don't want to be taken advantage of when misfortune comes our way.Two days later while in Missouri the shifter came loose. I also noticed it wasn't even with the other one originally on the bike too. Easy fix for me but now the grip tape is off because I had to move the shifter. Again easy fix for me but the fact that I had to do it at all is ridiculous. The work is sloppy, they take a long time, and it's expensive. If you absolutely have to go to a shop in Hutch, go to Bikes and More on N 30th between the 500 and 700 block. Don't waste your time or money here.

What a great customer service experience! I'm relatively new to biking and was in the market for an indoor trainer. I visited bike shops in Wichita and my wife visits Harley's. My Wichita experiences were both good and not so good but my wife had a great experience at Harley's! I was also looking for a gravel bike and had narrowed my choices to Trek, Specialized and Cannondale. We went back to Harleys and met with Bob and Tyler and got some gentle but sage advice. I was really concerned with getting the right fit and wanted to try bikes at both 54 and 56 cm. Bob allowed me to test ride both sizes and gave his insights on both. Because we were treated so well and because the advice offered was consistent with my research we made a smoking deal on two trainers and the Trek Checkpoint! The bike was promptly ordered and arrived 3 days later. The follow through during the fitting was spot on! We left with a great deal, feeling really good and super pleased with the entire experience! I have no doubt my return visits for warranty and general service will be just as positive. Don't hesitate to visit Harley's for what ever your cycling needs might be! Thanks guys!

I just wanted to say I had a really great experience at Harley's. I am a TransAm-er who is biking across country and I made the detour to Hutchinson so I could see the salt mines but stopped by Harley's for some minor bike work. They were "can do" people. Professional, quick, cheap and helpful. I can heartily recommend them to anyone who is on a cross country trip and can take a moment to detour into Hutchinson (which is a nice place and worth the trip). I would certainly trust them way, way more with bike repairs than some other area shops.

PER LONNIE PORTING, AN ELDERLY MENTALLY ILL VICTIM-Hi I'm Lonnie Porting I'm mentally ill and I am old and I like to ride my bike, Harley's took advantage of me I had to fix it myself so you can imagine the mess I'm in now I like to ride my bike and for Harley's thank you a lot for charging me all my monthly funds as well as not even doing anything except costing me money to fix my own bike after you ruined it. For further questions on how to compensate me call 620-960-1076

Giving a bike shop one star because you expect them to drop everything and serve you and only you is pathetic. Just because your arrogant and unprepared doesn't give you the right to damage the reputation of someone that is in fact helping you solve your problem. Idiot.I was extremely pleased with the purchase of my new trek. The guys were also very helpful fitting my current rack on my truck that was not set up to carry a bike. They went out of their way and I couldn't be happier.

I stopped by Harley's on June 24, 2017 as part of my TransAm trip (heading west) and the team was nothing but helpful. They did drop what they were working on to look at my bike and check the chain & tires. They charged me nothing and were professional & kind, so I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
