NON-Electrical, Mechanical, NO moveable parts then it's OK.Like a box of screws, roll of masking tape or a cheap hammer. ANYTHING electrical, Mechanical, with moving parts FORGET IT! Better get their extended warranty on above as it will STOP WORKING AS SOON as the 30 day warranty expires.Bought 3 of their Oscillating Parabolic Heaters-$39.99 each-got the 2yr extended warranty of each-$8.99 per warranty per unit-right before the last cold spell in Ks. Bought on 10/27/23. GOOD THING I DID. ALL 3 STOPPED WORKING on 11/29/23. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Heating elements burned out while still rotates. Kept all 3 on low heat 24/7 non-rotating to keep the pipes under the house from freezing.Ridiculous!!!!Should have just bought 1 at a higher price someplace else for all the hassle taking them back to get an exchange, getting attitude from management I got. This was at the south Seneca Location in Wichita, Ks

This is a review for the new Harbor Freight at K-96 & Woodlawn. My wife and I stopped by there today looking for a 11/16 drill bit with a 3/8" chuck. I went over to aisle 1 where the bits were. But I wasn't finding any. My wife and I looked around for someone to help us, but the only 2 workers we saw were the cashiers. Since we weren't finding what we were looking for, and unable to find any assistance, we started walking out. My wife asked the cashier if anybody worked there that could help. We finally got someone to "help". I should have just gone to Burger King and asked them... I would have gotten a better answer. I told the guy what I was looking for and if not the bit, a 3/8 to 1/2 converter (since I had the drill bit in 1/2" chuck. First he took us down to the middle of the aisle where there were some saw blades and a small selection of bits. I tried to point out that there were more bits up at the beginning of the aisle, but it fell of deaf ears. This place doesn't have much in tools selection and even less in knowledgeable employees.

I have lots of tools fro Harbor Freight and love to go there and shop and highly recommend them for cheaper bargain tools. Harbor Freight carries just about any kind of tool you might need for home of work use. I am a professional mechanic and I use tools all the time. The cheaper brands you find here are great if you loose tools, or need one that you won't use a lot. If you have to use a tool a lot and don't want to replace it often then buy a better brand, such as Snap-On or Craftsman brand.

I have bought dozens of tools from Harbor Freight, both for my art-based business and for my green remodeling business. Being a woman-based business, the light weight electric and battery operated tools available from HF have been a real boon. I am doing primarily light-duty work, so I really don't need the more robust DeWalt so popular with builders. The saw-horses and work stands have proven remarkably robust. I have also truly enjoyed the occassional 20% coupon discount and the ongoing sales.

I told the cashier I was not giving my phone number. She Immediately became hostile and told me I could not do a return without my phone number. I told her that was bullshit. I am tired of telemarketers and people collecting phone numbers. Avoid Harbor freight. They will get your phone number and call you constantly and sell your phone number.

I was really shocked of the price of your nitrile gloves, you was at 7.99 and went to 13.99. This is a time of need and your prices do not help the needy. Really disappointed.

Great place to get your fill of all the odds and ends for your shop, without breaking the bank. You're not going to get DeWalt quality, but they know that and their price reflects that, for the most part. They seem to be pretty proud ($) of their new lines of tools, but I don't think they are tried and tested enough to charge the price they do it make the claims they make, so for that, I took off one star.

After buying an "on sale" generator from Harbor Freight Tools, I found half a dozen or more people on u tube that got the same generator for over $100, less. As if that wasn't enough it was so heavy I couldn't lift it, my bad because they loaded it for me. I had to have help and then after following the directions I couldn't start it, so I returned it. They charged me a 20% restock fee because it was "used" How was it used when it never ran? I never heard anyone say there would be a restock fee of 20% but it was on the back of the receipt in small print. Just because the add says on sale doesn't mean it is! I won't shop there again.
