I work security and needed to have a car towed. They either didn't come, or came well after my shift ended many hours later.

Very good towing service! Low cost and the tow service even gave me a ride to pick up my dog from day care and gave me a ride home for no cost at all. Very friendly and great service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would... My car broke down and I looked and Happy Hookers had some good reviews so I called. They said they'd have someone out in 45 minutes... It is an hour and a half later and I'm still waiting, so I call again... Now they're saying someone is leaving the shop now and will be there in 20 minutes... Another 30 minutes goes by, I call back and they said they could have someone leaving the shop in 30 minutes. I ended having to cancel and I definitely would've gone somewhere else had I known that Happy Hookers does NOT live up to the reviews. All of this happened on my birthday, as well.. They even wished me a happy birthday and said they'd get someone out right away. Save your time and your money.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Excellent towing company. Fast, friendly, fair price. Best company in town with modern equipment to get your car to the shop damage free.

Very unprofessional, cannot handle basic towing appointments. Very late and rude when on the phone. Still waiting for him a half hour after the scheduled time that I had set up a few days ago. Just very very unprofessional. It's obvious this company does not put the customer first.

Happy Hooker blatantly lied and took advantage of me. My car was recovered from a theft, and so Happy Hooker towed the car to their place, which was great. When I called to ask if the car was drive-able, the lady behind the counter said, "Let me check..." she came back a minute later and said, "Yep it looks drive-able." So because of what she said, I thought I didn't need to call someone to come and evaluate my car there. So, I went to get my car, and the ignition was totally missing! Furious, I went back in and asked why she said it was drive-able when it clearly wasn't. They said she used the word "looked" drive-able. She said she wasn't a mechanic and so couldn't know if it was drive-able (though that didn't stop her from claiming it "looked" drive-able). Really? I know next to nothing about cars, but how did she think I could drive it away when there was no place to put the key? The car was unlocked, she could have at least looked at it. So, because of her laziness and lying I get to pay an extra $25 to keep my car there overnight, again. Don't use Happy Hooker unless you have no other choice.
