I can't say enough good things about Hanna. (Roth told me they needed to replace my HVAC years ago and charged me $250 to tell me they couldn't start it.)Hanna serviced my furnace and kept it running in tip top shape. When the heat exchanger cracked, they walked me through the entire process, provided all the information and paperwork I needed to file an insurance claim, gave me a nice discount on an excellent system and the installation was perfect!Hanna's employees show up on time, respect your home, work quietly (even in the attic right over your head), work quickly, clean everything up and finish in less than a day. Possibly more important than all of that, they've earned my trust. The piece of mind I have with Hanna is priceless.

My AC stopped working yesterday and my home owner's warranty assigned Hanna to the job. When I called them to find out what time they might be able to come to my house, the tech informed me that he was putting me at the end of the line because it was a hassle to get paid when customers have a warranty on their home. He assured me that he would be out today, but when he neither called nor came to my house, I called him again. The tech informed me that his supervisor cancelled my work order because of my home owner's warranty. Please do not use Hanna Heating and Air Conditioning. Getting paid is their top priority. Customer service is of little interest to them.
